Good morning and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Dominika and I am very happy to guide you through this meditation.
A meditation to awaken and to help you feel fresh and ready for a new day filled with opportunities.
For this meditation please find a comfortable seat,
You could even just sit up in your bed or on a chair.
If it's okay for you,
You could open a window and allow some fresh morning air to enter or you could even meditate outside.
Once you've found your comfortable seat,
Close your eyes gently.
And let's get ready to connect with the body.
We do so through the breath.
So please take a deep inhale in through your nose,
Exhale out through the nose and let the sound,
Mmmm,
Exhaling long and slow.
Once again,
Inhale deeply through the nose and as you exhale again through the nose add your mmmm,
Long and slow,
Soothing and relaxing.
And one last time,
Deep inhale through the nose and as you do so this time,
Pull up your shoulders towards your ears.
Hold your breath here for a moment,
Hold the shoulders up and now exhale,
Mmmm,
Release the shoulders down,
Mmmm,
Until you're all the way down.
Now allow the breath to be natural,
Relaxed,
Following its own comfortable flow.
Feel your face relaxed as well as your neck and your throat.
Your shoulders and your arms are relaxed and so are your fingers and your hands.
Your back is upright,
At the same time relaxed,
Your chest and your abdomen completely released.
Let fully go of your abdomen here and now.
Release your hips and relax your legs fully as well as your feet.
Now really feel your next inhale,
Feel the air streaming in through your nose and as you exhale gently,
The warm air is releasing any subtle tension that might still be left throughout your body.
Now your next breath,
You could follow into your body and guide yourself to your heart.
And as you continue breathing in your own natural rhythm here,
Feel how the breath expands your heart on your inhale and as you exhale,
Energy is released throughout the entire body.
Stay here enjoying breathing through your heart,
The flow of fresh and new energy.
Inhale your heart expands,
Exhale energy is released.
Keep breathing and feeling the energy throughout your whole body.
Now as you continue to breathe,
Allow a bright golden white light to grow bigger and brighter with each breath,
Streaming from your heart and warming and flowing your entire body.
As you do so,
Allow a smile to form on your face and feel the gratitude for this new day given to you.
A day full of new beginnings,
New decisions,
Fresh opportunities.

Another day given to you to create,
To create your day.
Feel now how this golden white light is growing bigger and is flowing not just through your body,
But all around you.
Breathing in and out,
Still through your heart center,
Feel the energy,
The light and allow an intention to form.
Your intention for this new day,
The quality that you would like to see in your life on this new day given to you.
It may be love,
It may be softness,
It may be strength,
It may be kindness.
Breathe and feel what is right for you just now in this moment.
I give you a moment to breathe here and to allow this energy to really form and build up.
Now with your intentions set in your heart,
Start to deepen the breath,
Feeling yourself in the seated position you're in and possibly noticing noises around you.
Before you fully come back to start your day,
I would like you to imagine now clear,
Fresh spring water pouring down from the crown of your head into your body.
Gently running through your head,
Freshen your brain,
Running further down through your face,
Your throat,
Your neck,
Refreshing.
Through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
The fingertips,
Clearing through your entire body,
Awakening all your inner organs and running down through your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet and into the earth.
Releasing everything that's not needed,
Leaving you fresh and awake,
Energized and ready to start your day,
This day given to you to be the creator of your own life.
And whenever you're ready,
Slowly,
In your own time,
Open your eyes and find your way fully back to start your day.
