Hello and good evening,

How are you?

Are you ready to let go and give back this day in gratitude and peace?

Well,

Then you are in the right place.

I hope you're already lying in bed ready to let this day go and go find a good night's sleep.

Well,

Follow me.

Let's start closing your eyes.

And we're closing your eyes,

Feel how a relaxing wave brushes through your entire body.

Notice are you breathing in and out through your nose without any effort.

The breath is flowing naturally,

Gently as it does.

And as you notice your breath,

Let your breath guide you inside towards your heart center and settle in here.

And in your heart space here,

Allow this day to pass in front of your inner eye.

Once again,

Everything you've done,

People you've seen,

Whatever that was today,

Let it pass in front of your inner eye like a movie.

No judgment.

Watch.

See it once again through the eyes of love and gratitude.

And as you go through your day,

Be grateful that you got today.

And be grateful for all the people who've been part of your day.

All the moments,

Special or not.

All your decisions.

All your experiences of today.

Say thank you.

And as you bring more and more gratitude to your heart by coming to the end of today,

Feel how your heart lights up from all this love and gratitude.

Breathe and enjoy this moment as your heart shine.

And consciously let go of today.

Release everything.

Let it go.

The wonderful,

The maybe not so great.

Everything that has been,

Let it go.

Peacefully,

Today has been.

And as you deepen the breath just a tiny bit,

Become aware of this moment here.

Be to fall asleep,
