Good morning.
For this morning meditation,
Please find a comfortable seat in a space where you know you'll be undisturbed.
Sit up on your bed or cross-legged on the floor,
A cushion,
Sit on a chair.
Make sure you're comfortable.
Allow your arms and your hands to rest on your thighs or knees and turn your palms to face upwards.
Now take a deep inhalation and pull your shoulders up to your ears.
Hold your shoulders here and hold your breath.
And now exhale with the thigh and drop your shoulders down.
And again,
Pull up the shoulders to your ears,
Hold and exhale drop.
And one last time,
Pull the shoulders high up towards your ears,
Hold your breath,
Hold the shoulders up here and exhale drop.
Now find back to your natural rhythm of breath and allow your eyes to close gently.
Bring the awareness to the tip of your nose and for a few moments follow your breath here,
Noticing the gentle flow of inhale and exhale.
Now from here,
Guide your awareness to your heart.
Continue to breathe naturally,
Allowing the breath to flow in its own rhythm.
Now bring a person to your mind that you're grateful to have in your life today in this very moment.
And say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you for being in my life.
And think of an experience or a decision in your life that you took,
That you're so grateful for just now in this moment.
And again say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And now think of one material thing that you have,
That you're grateful for right now in this moment.
It could be your phone,
Your car,
Your home,
Clothes you've got,
Anything,
Whatever it is for you.
Say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Feel the abundance in your heart and a bright light that expands through your whole body from your heart center.
Now start to visualize your day.
See exactly what you'll be doing from when you get up after this meditation all the way to the moment you'll go to bed at night.
The places you'll go,
The people you'll meet,
Make it as detailed and as clear in your head as possible.
The feeling in each and every moment of this day ahead.
Everything your perfect day.
And as you slowly arrive to the moment where you're going to bed.
Start to deepen your breath just a little and bring your awareness back to your heart center.
Again,
Feel the abundance in and around you.
A golden light that fills your entire body and the energy flowing strong with each breath.
Continue to breathe deeply for a moment here.
Now bring your hands together at your heart center and thank yourself for taking the time for this morning meditation.
Say thank you for this new day and the chance to be the creator of your life.
Take your time to come back and open your eyes whenever you're ready.
