Good morning.
As you open your eyes,
Just take your time slowly,
Quietly coming to awareness about that it's the morning now and you're waking up.

The appreciation for the coziness of your bed and how feeling rested,

Hold yourself in this waking up world.
Begin to feel your eyes open.

Waking up.

We get to choose.
We get to pick what we most prefer and who we most prefer to be.
How we want to show up in our life.
