Two questions that I often hear from clients are,

What is the most successful method to use when goal setting?

And is there a specific protocol I should be following for achieving the best results?

Let me share my answers with you.

Whether you are working on setting new goals or reaching existing ones,

Whether you have been on a self-directed journey or we are working in collaboration towards your goals,

This is for you.

In this episode,

I break down a next level protocol that will guide you toward goal achievement and change how you think about setting and achieving your goals.

In this episode of Ask Dorothy,

I'm excited to share what I call the trilogy protocol for achieving your goals.

This is a best practice for accomplishing your goals that is built upon the congruence you feel with what you desire.

If we've been working together,

We have undoubtedly set some important life goals,

Outlined your ambitions and worked on a process to define what it is you want to accomplish on your unique path to excellence.

Developing your goals begins with laying the groundwork for success by exploring your desire for all that is possible in your life.

The achievement of a goal is first and foremost a conscious choice.

In essence,

Goal achievement is the epitome of manifesting.

Your desired outcome must be the only possibility and the only solution.

Goals are the inner desires and yearnings of your heart that when aligned with the conscious mind,

Body and soul,

Become the unstoppable force that propels you into your greatness,

Already awaiting.

The trilogy protocol is all three elements of being,

Mind,

Body and soul,

Aligned for you to succeed in your goals.

The real secret is how do you accomplish this?

A goal is a decision that you make using your mind.

You also decide a goal by engaging your heart and the true essence of what you are as your soul consciousness.

Whenever you are in motion working to complete a goal,

Enlist the trilogy and allow this alignment to support and guide your actions towards successfully reaching your goals.

Let's dive into the protocol for alignment.

Goal setting is first about aligning mind,

Body and soul with your desired outcome,

Making it possible only to succeed.

How do you do this?

How do you approach a goal in alignment?

I'll give you a hint.

It involves visualization.

One powerful means to experiencing alignment and for recalibrating your alignment when you move away from this temporarily is through visualization.

First,

Think about a goal that you have already accomplished.

Now reflect upon how it was possible that you achieved this goal.

For the next few moments,

Recall the feeling of alignment,

That feeling of being in the zone,

Of feeling as though you have all of the pieces in place that you need and you are in balance,

In harmony,

Felt as alignment throughout your whole being.

And for each time that you took the important steps needed towards achieving your goal,

The key tools of perseverance,

Dedication and motivation,

All necessary,

Were the consistent measures of your heart on your path to achieving what it was you desired.

Now recall when you met that goal in reflection,

What challenges or obstacles did you overcome?

This is still part of the visualization exercise.

So allow yourself to continue to experience what images and impressions enter your mind.

It's that it was the tools of perseverance,

Dedication and resolve that compelled you forward,

That lifted you above and beyond those challenges.

These tools are all within you,

Waiting to be activated.

When you complete a goal,

There is an energetic process that takes place,

Catapulting you beyond what you've previously done and towards the next level of what is most desired.

The question becomes,

Will you continue to maintain and develop further what you have already accomplished?

Every cell of your body is awake and resonating,

Vibrating towards the greater goals you desire.

This is what alignment feels like.

Every cell of your being is awake and mobilized to the bigger life goals that you seek.

This is the state you need to invoke when working towards any goal and heartfelt desire.

If you can resonate with that feeling of being in the zone,

Of succeeding at something,

You immediately activate cellular memory and neural pathways that can invoke the same energetic state and that fuel your confidence and the knowledge that you can manifest what is most desired.

This is the shortcut to alignment.

It's actually a way that I teach clients that make it so simple to continue to be aligned with their highest level goals.

Now that we have covered how to utilize alignment,

Let's look at the next steps in this protocol.

They are self-reflection and the planning and execution.

This last step is where you engage the mind and body as the soul continues to inspire and direct your conscious choices.

Reflection is a skill set that helps you build motivation and dedication to the changes that you seek to master.

Let me share with you next a series of questions and the prompts to visualize and also write what guidelines and actions you need to take.

These thoughtful questions will help you clarify what actions you need to take and the mindset you need to master.

Let these questions inspire your inner wisdom.

Be wholly honest with yourself and let your answers be an active part of your process for how you bring together body,

Mind,

And soul in alignment with your desires and then as you make the effort to see your goals through to completion.

So here's the first question,

What fine adjustments and changes to your current habits and routine will help you with the success you seek?

The mind directs the body and it's often the micro adjustments that make all of the difference.

This is especially vital in the process of goal setting and achievement.

How you think about your goals and why they are important to you enlists the trilogy protocol and the desired outcome you seek.

The second question to inspire you is this,

How will you engage the soul?

The soul consciousness,

The energy blueprint of what you are innately guides and directs you towards the action that you need to take.

If you ignore this calling and urging you will be missing an important part of the trilogy protocol and what can keep you from realizing your goals in the most efficient timeline.

It is often the soul's inspiration that breathes life into the choices and decisions that you make.

The body and mind carry out the inspiration,

The need,

The desire.

The soul directs your actions.

The end result is inspired consciousness.

The default state from which all manifesting is born.

So to reiterate the protocol is simple and straightforward.

Evoke the mind,

Body and soul as you decide and then implement the steps to realize what is most important to you.

As I leave this wisdom for you to contemplate here are a few additional best practices to help you continue to build the certainty of what you desire and as you make micro adjustments to align mind,

Body and soul.

This is the new protocol for the successful completion of your goals.

Each of these best protocols target mind,

Body and soul.

Number one,

Discipline as a mental focus and a mind construct.

Once you have made a decision that originates as a deep knowing of your heart and your soul,

How can you build discipline as a mental construct that serves your goal to completion?

Number two,

Self-care,

Healthy nourishment,

Exercise and rest for the body so that it can support you in all that you do.

And number three,

Meditation,

Prayer and introspection all provide an inward dwelling focus to honor the path of the soul.

Questions for reflection and introspection that you may want to continue to focus upon as you build your momentum include why is this goal important to me?

How am I standing in my own way?

What can make it easier for my mind and body to follow this path that I am already on?

Can I allow the soul to guide me to lead my actions?

And can I become precise at the execution of my will to follow what I know I need to do?

Let these best practices fuel your action for the week ahead.

Go deeper within to mobilize the soul,

To allow it to drive more of your conscious decisions and the actions you take to see these through.

You have free will choice.

You must use it in alignment with the soul's desire towards everything that is wanted.

Your accomplished goals will be the result of a desire that is far greater than to continue in the absence of what is wanted.
