This is a meditation on loving kindness.

It helps to focus on the area around your heart and allow that area to soak in every word.

You can repeat after me out loud or to yourself.

May I be happy.

May my life be filled with joy.

May I embrace sadness.

May I be strong.

May I be okay with feeling vulnerable.

May I let go of the need for control.

May I simply let go more in my life.

May I find strength in feeling exposed.

May I stop resisting life.

May I love myself completely.

May I love others completely.

May I be at ease.

May I find equanimity in my life.

I love and accept who I am.

I love myself completely.
