Allowing yourself to find a comfortable seated position,

Closing the eyes and connecting deeply to this present moment.

Keeping your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.

Begin to observe the breath underneath the hands.

Notice the quality of the breath.

The natural flow of the breath on the inhale and the exhale.

Connecting deeply to your innermost self.

Begin to experience the emotion of unconditional love.

Maybe thinking of someone close to you or a pet that gives you that feeling of deep unconditional love.

Allowing your heart to fill with that feeling.

Notice the warmth in your hand as your heart experiences the energetic quality of unconditional love.

See if you can experience the same feeling towards yourself.

Connect this warmth of love inward.

Allowing yourself to be fully embraced by the feeling of unconditional love for yourself.

Just staying here a moment longer.

Simply soaking in the deep love that you're experiencing for yourself.

Placing the hands down on your lap.

Begin to take this unconditional love that you've drawn inward and experienced and now direct it outward towards the whole room.

Using the feeling of unconditional love to fill and spill through your whole home.

Pushing it outward to the whole city you're in.

And everyone experiencing in that city unconditional love.

And then expanding it even further through the whole state.

And the whole world experiencing unconditional love.

The whole universe.

Imagine every living organism experiencing this feeling.

Maybe direct your attention back into yourself.

Visualizing that little inner child of yours filled with this unconditional love that you've been vibrating outward and see what is your inner child experiencing from this feeling.

Maybe they're wanting to jump from joy,

Dance around and sing.

Maybe they're wanting to give you a big hug and laugh a big belly laugh.

Maybe they're wanting to just sit in nature and play with a friend.

Whatever your little inner child is wanting to do with this feeling of unconditional love.

Take a few moments to connect to this place.

Let's change the world.

Gently bringing our awareness back into our physical body.

Wiggling the fingers and the toes.

Bringing mindful movement.

And slowly and easily coming out of this meditation.

Taking a deep breath in and a slow exhale out.

For a moment feeling the lingering feelings of unconditional love and knowing you can take those with you throughout your day.
