Good morning,

It's Dr.

Angie Cross.

I hope you had an amazing restful night's sleep and thank you for letting me start the day out with you.

I hope that I can bring some reminders to you and guide you off on your journey for the day in a beautiful,

Protected,

Positive manner.

So today's a new day,

That's so great.

A fresh start,

It's a clean slate so to speak.

So with that,

Let's believe that it's gonna be a great day.

So take a moment to connect with your breath.

Before we get started,

Let's get grounded and centered.

Let's take a nice deep breath in.

Breathing in love and health.

Exhale,

Breathe in unlimited possibilities.

Anything is possible.

And exhale completely.

Breathing in,

Saying to yourself,

Today is gonna be a great day.

Today is gonna be filled with possibilities,

Productivity,

Calmness.

Exhale,

Breathe in.

Breathe in protection,

A shield of white light around you.

That no matter what happens,

You're protected.

Exhale,

Focusing on the day that you want ahead.

Continue a nice relaxed breathing pattern in and out as we share a few thoughts.

Creating a white,

Bright,

Loving force field around you as a protective shield as you are breathing.

Creating a shield and a powerful aura around you,

So loving and so protective that is gonna help you all throughout your day.

It's gonna remind you how strong you are and set your day into motion.

It's so important to remind ourselves that how we start the day is how many times our days unfold.

It's important to protect your energy as you enter into the world so that you don't pick up any negativity.

It's also important to have a relaxed mental attitude,

RMA,

A relaxed mental attitude,

That you go with the flow.

You stay flexible as things come up.

Many times if our mind is so rigid,

Our stress goes up and things pop up throughout the day that are unexpected and then our day goes away that we did not want.

So just stay flexible,

Stay calm and stay focused today.

Flexibility is a good thing.

Just breathe in and breathe out.

Breathing in unlimited possibilities.

What is it that you want to set into motion for your day?

What is it that your heart desires?

What kind of day do you want?

It's important to remind ourselves to use our kind and our loving voice.

People are going through a lot of things right now.

Sometimes people say things that they don't mean.

So it's our job to help use kindness and grace throughout the day.

Speak with kindness as often as you can.

Speak with integrity.

Hold your tongue sometimes if you need to.

Be the wiser person.

Rise above so to speak.

With proper protection,

When you have that shield and that protection around you,

You can let things roll off of you rather than getting defensive or upset.

So take a couple more deep breaths and repeat in your mind,

I am guided and I am protected in the kindness and loving manner that I want to radiate.

I am kind,

I am loving.

I can remain calm during adversity.

I speak kind words to others.

I will speak kind words to myself today.

I am able to stay focused.

I will choose healthy choices for my food today.

I will say no to sugar or unhealthy foods throughout the day.

I will drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

I know that this is a temple that I reside in.

I am determined and disciplined with my mind,

My body,

And my future.

I am filled with a positive attitude.

I love being positive.

I am filled with a peaceful state of mind as I enter into my amazing day ahead.

I love my day ahead.

I'm so excited.

I am filled with excitement on my day.

I expect to have a great day.

I expect my day will flow with grace and ease.

I am excited to see what unfolds ahead of me today.

Take a nice deep breath and let it go.

Believing in unlimited possibilities like we said.

Knowing that our thoughts,

Our beliefs,

And our words dictate our lives,

That's the key to having a beautiful life.

When we fill our mind each morning like we are this morning with words on how we want our day to unfold,

We are setting into motion the energetic match for those words to actually become our reality.

You are the creator of your inner mental garden,

Your inner peace.

You are in the driver's seat.

As with a garden,

You gotta water it,

You gotta take care of it,

You gotta weed it,

You gotta just love on it so that it produces your beautiful abundant harvest,

Fruits,

Vegetables,

Whatever it is that you're growing,

Flowers.

Imagine the flower garden with beautiful roses and flowers all around you,

The beautiful colors of beautiful smells.

That's what you're doing when you start your day with positive thoughts,

Positive words.

So this morning you are watering your garden.

You are watering your mental garden so that you have the most beautiful,

Amazing day.

You are expecting miracles and wonderful things to come into your field today.

Unexpected promotions can happen,

Unexpected compliments can happen,

Projects can get done on time and get done smoothly and effortlessly.

Creative ideas will be coming into your mind that you can bless others with or just have a beautiful great day.

You're filled with amazing things ahead for your day.

You will radiate happiness today.

You are happy.

Repeat to yourself,

I love to be happy.

I enjoy being a happy person.

I want to be a happy person.

I want to radiate happiness.

Happiness is who I am.

Happiness is what I share.

You will radiate kindness and calmness today.

Say to yourself,

Today I will be a blessing.

Today I will be a blessing.

Today is going to be an amazing day.

With that being said,

Take a nice deep breath in and let it go.

And another nice deep breath in and let it go.
