Thanks Diana - my biggest takeaway from this course was to be aligned to my values. This course has been very helpful in realising that I’m not following a particular value - that just isn’t who I am and I’m compromising being treated badly for survival in the workplace. I then decided to let go of my fear and took a tiny step toward breaking free.

Oh wow, That was spot on. It came up in my feed this morning as a wonderful surprise and perfect meditation for me. I’m experiencing extreme grief at the moment and have decided to ride the wave and go with it vs. fighting it. The visualizations I got from this meditation or magically calming. and a beautiful path towards self compassion. Following!

That was really good.I’ll try to remember “S.T.O.P.” I liked the part where “breathing” was mentioned in relation to honoring our feelings. Thank-you.

I see this as a good and effective practice to turn off the ‘noises’ and be present. Thank you! 🙏
