Good evening,

This is Dr.

Tricia and this is your evening intention reflection.

This meditation is meant to be done at the end of the day.

So let's either find a comfortable seat,

You can choose this meditation lying down,

Or even in a yin yoga posture.

Allow yourself to take several deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale.

Feeling your belly expand and contract.

And again,

Inhale and exhale.

Let's take a moment to review your day's intentions.

What was your intention this morning?

Did you live up to that intention today?

If you didn't set a specific intention,

How did you want the day to go?

What did you want the day to entail when you woke up?

Did it go as planned?

Bring to mind several instances where you lived into your intention today.

For example,

If your intention was presence,

How did you exemplify presence today?

If wisdom was your virtue and intention today,

How did that arise?

What did that look like?

If you didn't set an intention today,

You can review the essence of the day.

I will give you some moments for reflection.

As you are reviewing the day,

How do you feel?

Breathe into that.

Know tomorrow is a new day.

You can either live into a new intention or the same one.

You can have an intention for the day,

For the week,

For the month,

For even the year.

Now bring to mind several things that you are grateful for that occurred today.

Breathe into that.

How do you feel in your body as you bring to mind that which you would like to savor?

Maybe as you're recalling these moments of gratitude and appreciation,

You can bring your hand to your heart and feel those moments in your heart as you recollect them,

Embedding these new memories into your body.

As you reflect on the day internally,

Thank yourself for living an intentional life today and for taking the time this evening to slowly reflect on the day.

Breathe into this.

Again,

Feel it in your body and know that each day is a gift to live fully.

The writer Anais Nin once said,

Will you write to taste life twice in the moment and in retrospection?

And my wish for you is that you continue to savor the moment as it's occurring and right now as you're slowly allowing yourself to relive and relish in those beautiful moments that you appreciate and the life that you're living just full of intention.

May you live a life full of intention.

May it be so.

I enjoyed the soft voice and gentle music. Nice way to end the day, and a good reminder to set intentions in the morning, to reflect on later on 🙏🌿
