Thank you. During this meditation, I saw my maternal grandmother in my mind's eye. We were not close, but during her last days, she had asked me to visit her and I didn't. This regret comes up now and then. The regret of how I had not honoured her wish. The difficult life she lived through poverty and sickness, and all the challenges life threw at her... How she lived built a foundation to my life.
