So go ahead and find a comfortable seat.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze and bring your attention to the center of your chest over the area of your heart.
This is your heart chakra,
Or anahata in Sanskrit.
As you focus your attention here,
Imagine a green light coming from this area of your body.
This is the area of unconditional love for everyone,
For all of mankind.
It also represents our self love and compassion.
As you focus your attention in this area,
And on this warm green light coming from the heart chakra,
Visualize these qualities in you.
Allow them to grow and expand.
Allow the light to grow and expand and cover your entire body.
Stay here as long as you'd like.
