I need to know you are so busy Displantation is for those who feel frustrated,

Disappointed,

Sad,

Angry and even a little young guy when friends don't answer our messages we live in a society where everything has to happen now we write messages,

We make mongols sometimes we don't answer straight away and we get a little upset sometimes people answer after hours,

Sometimes they never answer we feel abandoned,

We feel that people are neglecting us we don't feel important but sometimes,

Very often,

We look at this situation from our point of view we don't consider the point of view of our friend and besides that we don't even consider the fact that sometimes we actually do the same with other friends but because in this case we feel that we are the person who have been neglected so then we try to be upset sometimes we can even make a little drama but there are many different reasons why we feel this way but we are not gonna focus on this today maybe later when you can feel a little more relaxed you can think about it for now we are gonna just focus on ourselves,

On how to find our peace enough inside us beyond the relationships that we have with friends,

Partners,

Parents,

Family,

Acquaintances,

Whatsoever we are gonna start with a very deep breath,

Maybe the longest describes that you ever had all day now take one of your head,

Caress your face,

Be so delicate that you won't tell him keep breathing through your nostrils and relax more and more keep caressing and calming yourself with sweetness,

Delicacy,

Love don't touch yourself,

Let yourself come now let's go back and be still only your chest and your belly are moving right now because of your breathing forget about the people,

Forget about the things,

The jewels,

The errands that you have to run later just breath,

Take advantage of this moment,

Of your soul,

Of your being let's go beyond our insecurities,

Our needs because don't forget that the most important person that you can count on is you once we understand that we are the reason of our happiness we are a pure essence since the day that we were born so anything that any other person can give us is plus,

Is only more but we are happy,

We are one keep breathing,

Remember that our breathing gives us nice safety and strength it can give us a formation that nothing and nobody can ever give us let's take a very deep breath and let's exhale anything that we don't need anymore let's inhale peace,

Tranquility,

Let's exhale insecurities,

Need,

Lack of independence I'm gonna let you for a few minutes by yourself,

Keep breathing your essence your soul,

Your inner peace listen to your heart,

Connect with every single cell of your body you you you you I am back,

Keep breathing and repeat after me I am one,

I am without anybody,

I am and I'm not in need I am and I will continue to be one today leave your pure essence,

Enjoy your company now put a hand over your heart and think your body will be after me thank you for all the love that you've given me take a very deep breath,

Thank again your body your soul let's take another very deep breath thank you for taking part in this meditation with me love yourself,
