Begin to slowly settle here right away maybe placing your hands over your heart holding your heart noticing maybe how the heart aches because of anxiety,

Overwhelm,

Stress breathe deeply here validate your heart it makes sense to feel this way from time to time instead of avoiding this feeling allow yourself to really feel my friend what you resist will only persist allow your breath to begin to soothe your nervous system steady inhale steady exhale as you inhale you can imagine an umbrella opening,

Expanding 360 degrees exhale the umbrella gently closes,

Falls ah inhale the lungs expand even the back body exhale gently inhale a short inhale through your nose and again filling up even more and more maybe another sip of air in exhale let it all go short inhale filling up maybe a little more one more sip of air let it all go ah softening your entire body inhale inhale inhale a couple more sips let it go a couple more rounds inhale soothing your energy softening your soul one more inhale fill up as much as you can and let it all go big sigh normal inhale normal exhale ah notice maybe a very subtle shift the lightness maybe ease and peace washes over you for this moment come back to this breath work whenever you need a moment to turn in warm and use your breath as an anchor to relieve anxiety you got this my friend from my heart to yours
