Hi my friend,
I know when there's so much going on outside of you,
You can forget that within you,
Inner peace is always there,
And sometimes there's internal conflict and anxiety,
And still,
Inner peace is waiting within you.
Allow yourself to get really comfortable,
Closing your eyes if that feels safe,
And start to just see yourself,
Turning your attention to you in this moment.
And breathe with this version of you.
Inhale.
Exhale.
There is nothing wrong with you.
Breathe and soften.
Inhale.
Notice where your mind has been searching for peace.
Have you been reaching outward?
And notice how maybe there's an ache in your heart.
Maybe feeling discouraged.
Sad.
Helpless.
Just allowing yourself to be in your true state.
Peace doesn't mean everything is perfect.
It means that you choose to stay with you.
That is the greatest act of self love.
Holding yourself through it all.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.

Inner peace is not feeling perfect all the time or not caring about what is happening.
Inner peace is feeling and sitting with your emotions without reacting to them.
It is the calmness that emerges when you embrace change.
It is choosing to not abandon yourself.
Inner peace is knowing that in this very moment,
You are okay.
You are with you.
Let your breath remind you that you are alive.
You are safe.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Sometimes inner peace feels far.
It feels out of reach.
And it can be because our mind and our heart are forgetting to meet.
Become more heart minded right here.
Mind meet heart.
Heart meet mind.
Nothing supports inner peace more than letting go.
As your mind and heart meet,
What is it that you've been trying to control?
And what is it now that you can let go of?
Feel the relief.
In your heart.
In your mind.
And start to feel peace slowly emerge.
Despite all that is heavy and hard,
You are free to feel peace.
Knowing that so much pain can be present.
And so can peace.
You can acknowledge the tension inside of you without reacting to it.
Without reinforcing it.
And gently moving toward peace.
You are allowed to feel light.
How does peace show up in your body right now?
Whispering to yourself,
I am free to feel peace.
I am free to feel peace.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Just rest here in your peace.
In the safety of the stillness.
Only when you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Notice what is within you now.
Notice the connection between your heart and mind.
