This meditation will help you slow down and return to your breath so you can feel refreshed. Every breath is an opportunity to begin again and reset. Take the time to pause and then move forward.

Welcome to this moment.

My friend,

This is for you when you feel like you don't have time.

This meditation will be short and sweet to help you reconnect to your breath.

It will help you reset and return to your heart.

If it feels okay,

Place your hands over your heart and just feel your heart beating.

Notice if your heart is racing just like your mind is racing.

Start to slow it down.

Breathe in.

Exhale out your mouth.

Start to feel everything soften,

Melt in this moment.

Steady inhale.

Steady exhale.

Follow the breath in.

Follow the breath out.

Already starting to feel a very subtle shift.

Inhale,

Aware of your inhale.

Exhale,

Aware of your exhale.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

That is all you need to do in this moment.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Inhale,

Feel the rise.

Exhale,

Feel the release.

Inhale,

Slow.

Exhale,

Slower.

Continuing to breathe in and out.

Starting to steady your heart,

Your mind,

Your body.

As you reconnect to your breath,

Remember you build inner peace exactly for moments like these so that even when things around you feel turbulent,

There is a reservoir of calm and clarity at your service.

A space within you,

Untouched by the storm.

It is from this place you can think,

Feel,

Breathe and make good decisions,

Knowing you are doing your best.

Breathe in slow.

Let it go.

Just be here with your breath and your beating heart.

Notice the gentle shift.

Feel the reunion to your breath.

One more inhale and exhale.

Feel this refresh.

This restart.

You beginning again.

Go slowly and continue to breathe into the rest of your day.
