Take a moment to just place both hands on your heart if that feels okay and just feel your heart beating.
You woke up today.
You are alive and even if your heart feels heavy you are here.
This meditation is for you to breathe with what is and meet the day with more positive energy and to feel a little bit lighter,
A little more open to what the day might offer.
Maybe you keep your hands right where they are over your heart or allow them to fall gently in your lap.
Finding a deep breath in through your nose.
Big exhale.
Encourage the breath to deepen,
To expand.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Notice how the breath creates a little bit more room within you.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
The inhale is for opening,
Expanding.
The exhale is for letting go,
Releasing.
Breathe in.
What are you letting in?
Breathe out.
What can you let go?
Just notice the energy around your heart.
How does it feel to wake up today,
To be you today?
Can you soften into this version of you?

The only way to feel positive,
To feel the lightness of joy is by refusing to resist your inner world.
Accepting all of you.
Knowing that the light can only exist if we let the dark exist.
Follow the breath in.
Let it go.
The daily rest writes silence is not the absence of sound but the ability to exist within it.
With courage and patience,
Silence becomes a refuge,
A resting place,
A settling down into the space where the voice of fear fades further into the distance.
In silence,
The whole world blossoms.
In silence,
The gates and walls wrapped tight around the senses fall back down into earth.
The clouds begin to part,
The image of a lotus,
The scent of a rosebud.
In silence,
The edges between your body and the natural world begin to soften.
In silence,
You are whole.
In silence,
You are always enough.
Be in the quiet of your own mind.
Listen to your own breath.
Softening into the quietness within you allows you to remember you are whole,
You are enough,
And you can feel this positive energy return.
Today you will be okay.
Today will be better than you can imagine.
Today you will do enough.
Today the light will find you.
Today the fear will leave your heart.
Today trust will fill your soul.
Notice how your heart feels now.
Slow breath in,
Slow exhale.
Be still,
Be silent,
Be positive today.
