Hi my love.

Alright so you've made it to your protected reset space.

This transition moment is yours now.

A bridge between your work self and your home self.

I know this moment might feel particularly crunchy or challenging.

You know when the familiar pull of old habits is really strong.

But you're here choosing something different.

Something better for yourself.

So let's take this time to fully reset.

To shift from one part of your day to another.

There's no rush.

No pressure.

Just you.

Allowing yourself to transition in a way that feels safe and true to you.

First let's just simply acknowledge everything that you've carried today.

The responsibilities,

The interactions,

The energy it takes to be on.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And just begin to let the workday soften around the edges.

You don't need to figure anything out right now.

You don't need to solve anything.

This is just about letting yourself come back to you.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Feel where your body is supported.

You're in your safe space now.

Where you get to just be.

Notice any tension you might be holding from your day.

Your shoulders.

Your jaw.

Your hands.

Just noticing.

Just allowing.

I love this is your time to be invisible to the world.

Just like you've noticed how easy it is not to smoke when you're in different environments.

You're creating a new environment right here.

Feel how clean and fresh everything is right now.

Your breath.

Your space.

Your choice.

You might notice that familiar pull.

That urge for your usual reset.

And that's okay.

It's perfectly okay.

It's just a habit looking for attention.

But you're giving yourself something better now.

Remember you're not going without.

You're choosing in.

Choosing freshness.

Choosing sparkle.

Choosing real comfort.

Choosing you.

So let's just take a quick moment to check in with your body.

What does it really need right now?

Maybe it's some gentle movement.
