This is the pre-celebration meditation to manifest with ease.
So often we wait in order for that thing,
That experience to happen in order to celebrate it.
Some of us skip celebrations altogether and when that thing happens that you've been longing for,
You actually just move on to the next thing.
What's next and next and next.
In today's meditation,
I'm offering a new perspective.
One where you pre-celebrate that thing,
That experience,
That win that you've been longing for before it happens to give your inner most soul,
Your highest self,
Your body and your brain the experience of having received it.
And this itself will activate a process in the universe,
In the energetic field around you of bringing forth that which you desire,
Perhaps in a way you're not even expecting.
So I ask you to release the how,
The timeline and just enjoy this experience of pre-celebration.
And you can do this as often as you like or multiple manifestations.
So whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes and begin coming to your breath,
Making sure you're in a space where you won't be interrupted for the next little while.
So you can focus solely on pre-celebrating your desire.
Starting at the top of your head,
As I mentioned,
Each body part,
Allow it to relax and soften coming into the present moment,
Which is our portal for creation and co-creation with the universe.
Continuing to deepen your breath,
Allowing the cool air to come in through your nose on the inhale and releasing stress and tension on the exhale,
Allowing relaxation to flow over your face,
That space between your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Your jaw,
Your neck.
Continuing to breathe in and release any stress and tension on the exhale,
Softening your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
And your fingers,
Allowing softness and warmth in your chest,
Your solar plexus,
Your belly,
And your entire back.
Continuing to breathe,
Allowing your breath to be slow,
Nourishing,
And deep,
Bringing relaxation to your hips,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your shins,
Your feet,
And your toes.
As you continue breathing,
Allowing the breath,
The prana,
The life force to continue reminding you to come to the present,
Do a final scan for any leftover stress,
Points of tension in your body,
Allowing it to soften with your next inhale and releasing it on your exhale.
In this relaxed space,
This present moment,
In your mind's eye,
Bring to mind a situation,
An experience,
Something that has been on your vision board,
Your to create list,
That thing that you've been wanting,
Dreaming of,
Calling in.
Perhaps it's a job offer.
Perhaps it's travel to a beautiful destination.
Perhaps it's a book publishing deal.
Maybe it's a certain amount of money you want to see in your bank account.
Perhaps it's eliminating credit card debt or purchasing something you've been dreaming of.
Maybe it's a space in your home that you've been wanting to create for yourself as a sanctuary.
There's no limit here.
Take a moment now and choose that situation,
Gift,
Experience that you would like to celebrate today.
Once you begin sensing your choice,
Take a moment to get deeper into the details.
How does that news arrived?
Is it a phone call you receive?
Is it an email?
Is it someone at your front door giving you the good news?
Is it a decision you've made and taken that first action step?
Perhaps you're already in the place doing the thing,
Enjoying the celebration.
See the details and begin to feel the celebration in your body.
Begin to feel the feeling of already experiencing and having that which you desire.
We are celebrating you.
Perhaps you're sitting around a table of loved ones and someone you admire and adore is lifting a glass,
Giving a toast,
Celebrating you and what you have created,
Brought forth and accomplished.
They're sharing their admiration of you,
Their celebration of you.
As you look around and see the faces of your loved ones,
All looking up at you inspired by your courage,
By your action taking,
By your being scared and doing it anyway attitude.
Feel that celebration as you say,
Thank you.

Feel your body,
Every cell experiencing this deep gratitude of being celebrated.
Feel it.
Feel the gratitude of this moment being celebrated.
Most importantly,
You are celebrating you.
Take a deep breath and receive that.
Anchor it in,
Putting your thumb and your four fingers together,
Pressing it in,
Anchoring it,
Anchoring that pre-celebration feeling into your body right now.
Knowing you can feel this anchor at any time and feel that feeling of pre-celebration,
Of deep,
Welling gratitude in your body.
Feel the sensations,
Smile comes over your face,
Lightness and joy bubbles up in your belly and your chest.
Breathe it in.
Feel it.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
So it is.
So it is done.
The planting of the seeds is complete.
The universe has a clear direction of where to guide you.
