Hello and welcome to Honey Calcite Reiki Meditation,
Where I'll be using Calcite to guide our experience today.
And if you happen to have some,
You can always incorporate it by holding your crystals or having them near you.
If you don't have them,
Don't worry,
I do and I'll be the one transmitting this Reiki session.
So go ahead,
Sit back,
Relax,
Close your eyes,
Take a breath,
Get settled in.
Finding yourself walking in a happy woods with birds chirping,
Sun shining,
Blossoms blooming along the way.
Ahead,
You see a gorgeous,
Well-lit castle as if it's glowing,
Or it almost seems as if it could be lighter inside the castle than it is outside the castle.
You make your way there,
The door is already open,
And you see friendly faces waving you in.
And even though you've never been here before,
It feels completely safe.
And as you look around,
You're liking what you see.
You like the colors,
The furniture,
The whole vibe.
You're really digging it.
And you hear pleasant and joyous laughter coming from a room down the hall.
And so you head in that direction.
Opening the doors,
You see a room with all of your favorite people,
All of your favorite animals,
All of your favorite foods,
Including,
But you make your way down.
There's a chair just for you,
Crushed,
Velvety,
Smooth,
And soft.
It fits you perfectly.
And as you take a look around,
You notice everybody's smiling faces,
And how good it feels to be in their company.
No words need to be spoken for you to simply enjoy their presence,
Having your own experience.
Just simply take a moment to settle in and look around.
You see the sun shining in the massive windows.
You see tons and tons and tons of candles.
No wonder this place was glowing from the outside.
And you also notice a very uplifting smell in the room.
And you begin looking at the offerings on the table now.
And you decide to grab a piece of citrus.
There's oranges and grapefruits,
Lemons and limes,
Things you've never even seen before.
But you grab the one that looks the most appealing,
Holding it in your hands,
Noticing the color,
Texture,
And to hold it up to your nose for a smell.
Deciding that you find it appealing,
You slide your finger under the surface of the skin,
Noticing the mist that immediately shoots up,
Soaking your nostrils in that most delicious smell.
You find that it makes you smile.
You find that that smell makes you feel a little more energized,
A little lighter.
And so you breathe it in again.
And you begin peeling the fruit,
Slowly,
Methodically,
Soaking up the smiles from around you.
This whole room just feels like a cozy hug.
And as your piece of citrus fruit is peeled,
And you begin sectioning it out,
And decide to take your first bite.
Before you do,
You hold it in your mouth,
Noticing that skin.
Skin.
Your mouth is watering,
And as you bite down,
An explosion of flavor coats your mouth.
How would you describe it?
And so you go ahead and take another bite,
Slowly chewing,
Juices running down your chin and your throat.
And you continue to eat your fruit,
Feeling how nice it is to be in the presence of your loved ones.
And eating this simple delicacy.
And as you have this very human experience in this room,
You feel like you need nothing more and nothing less.
That you have everything you need.
Right here.
So take a moment to soak up this nourishment.
Not just for your body,
But for your soul.
And you stay for a while,
Soaking all of this in.
The feeling of contentedness.
And when you feel as though you have reached your full.
Knowing when it is just the right time to go.
Because it feels appropriate.
And you honor that.
You politely excuse yourself.
Taking one more look around.
And perhaps a piece of fruit for the road.
And you begin to head out of the castle,
Onto the path.
And you're back on the road.
And find your way home.
