I want you to just start to relax your body,
Just feel your spine start to soften,
Your shoulders start to drop,
Just feel your jaw relaxing,
And just feel supported by the chair that you're sitting on.
Be aware of the floor,
The chair,
The earth,
Supporting you,
Holding you,
Always connected to Gaia,
Mother Earth.
And again,
Just focus on your breath,
Breathing in through the nose,
Gently exhaling through the mouth.
As you're breathing in and breathing out,
Just feel your body starting to slow down,
To soften,
Just feel yourself connected to the earth,
Connected to Source.
And gently bring your awareness to the space around you,
Your home,
The room that you're in,
The walls,
The corners,
Even the air that's flowing around your house.
Just feel yourself leaning in to the place where you live.
We're just going to call in the angels of divine light,
Love and protection.
And we're going to ask to work with the angels who are here for our highest and best good.
And if the word angels doesn't resonate with you,
Just use energy,
It's all energy,
It's all frequency.
As we feel the presence of this angelic energy,
You just start to imagine a soft,
Luminous presence beginning to fill your space,
A deeply reassuring presence,
Energy,
Allowing your body to feel calm,
And allowing you to feel held,
Supported,
Nurtured.
You're going to feel the presence of the energy,
The loving,
Nurturing energy of the angels standing at every doorway,
Window and threshold of our home.
And they're here to help us give thanks for 2025,
Clearing out the old and bringing the energy of the new.
Their presence is steady,
Compassionate and deeply respectful of our free will.
Feel yourself loved,
Supported,
Nurtured.
And these beautiful energies,
What I call the angelic realm.
And just allow your awareness to gently turn toward the year that is completing,
2025.
And there's no need to analyze or relive anything.
We're simply going to acknowledge that this year has carried experiences,
Emotions,
Learning and energies.
We're just going to say inwardly,
I honor all that 2025 has brought me.
I feel gratitude for what 2025 has brought me.
I feel forgiveness for what 2025 has brought me.
And I feel love.
And as we say these words,
We can just feel the energies of the angels gently gathering the energetic residue of this year.
All the old stress,
Fatigue,
Emotional weight,
Any exhaustion,
Any challenges or illnesses.
We're just going to see this energy as a soft mist.
Just feel the energies,
Just lifting this energetic residue from your house.
You can just see it floating off the walls,
The floors,
Even your own energy field.
Just feel this old energy just floating off your shoulders,
Your heart,
Your stomach,
Your legs,
Your arms.
You can visualize it however you want to.
It's a soft mist of light.
Just going back to where it came from,
Where the energy can be used for something else in the universe.
It's just energy,
And it's time to release it now.
See angels work slowly,
Carefully,
With great kindness.
There is no judgment.
There is no hurry.
It's all just being cleared,
Released.
It's neutralized,
Healed,
And returned to source.
We focus on our breath as we breathe in and breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Bring your attention to your own body.
Just feel the angelic energies surrounding you as they begin to softly smooth and clear your energy fields,
Just brushing light through your body.
And if there are places that feel tight or heavy or tired,
Places where you have problems,
Issues,
Just allow the angels to pause there.
You don't need to do anything.
They will do it all,
Just gathering up the old energy,
Any stagnant energy,
Trapped energy.
Just gathering it up.
And sending it back to source.
Wherever the old energy is being pushed out,
Just feel the golden rain shower of source coming down over your body,
Rinsing your body off,
Filling you up with love,
Compassion,
Healing,
Allowing your body to feel vibrant and shiny and new again.
You don't need to do anything,
Just allow it.
As we give permission to receive unconditional love from source,
We allow our body to be filled up with love.
We're going to imagine a new light approaching,
The energy of 2026.
It arrives not as a pressure or a demand,
But as an invitation.
It's an invitation for new beginnings,
New opportunities,
New synchronicities,
New energies to come into your life.
Whatever it is you wish to experience,
Whatever it is you wish to feel,
This light feels clear,
Calm,
Expansive,
And aligned with your truth,
Embodying everything that you want to experience this new year ahead.
As we allow this light,
This energy to come into our home,
We watch as the angels open the doors and windows of our house,
Energetically allowing this new frequency to enter.
Just watch as it fills every room with new beginnings,
New life,
Peace,
Clarity,
Protection,
And hope.
Hope for a better world,
A better future,
One where we are strong,
United.
Now feel this same light gently pouring into your body,
As it pulls through the crown of your head,
Down through your spine,
Into your heart space,
Your lower chakras,
Your legs and your feet,
And flowing into the ground,
Grounding you in to the present and into what is becoming.
We welcome the energy of 2026 with grace,
Clarity,
And trust.
Trust in ourselves,
Trust in the world,
Feel your home and your space protected,
Being flooded with source energy,
Healing everything.

We can allow our body to receive source,
To remember it's source,

Or ask them to stand guard over your body,
Your house,

You just start to feel yourself coming back into your body,
Feeling yourself energised,
Healed,
Nurtured,
Loved.
As we keep that connection to the higher realms,
Through love,
But ground ourself into the earth,
Through our feet.
Feel your feet attached to the earth.
You can see roots coming off the soles of your feet,
Grounding you in to this earth,
This experience.
It's still connected to source,
To the higher realms,
Through our hearts.
As you start to feel your breath in and out again,
Just feel your body coming back to life.
Your fingers and toes start to move.
Your body starts to wake up.
Just feel that beautiful energy just flowing around your house.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come on back,
But there's no hurry.
Take your time.
