Good morning.
This is a practice I like to do when I'm struggling with feeling overwhelmed,
When it feels like it's all just too much and I don't have any control over anything.
We're going to start today by settling in to your favorite meditation position.
Dropping into your body.
Just exhaling a big,
Big sigh.
Oh.
Placing a hand on your heart.
Just breathing in and out.
Allowing yourself to deepen into this moment and just be here right now.
Let's begin this comforting practice by first asking for help right now from a loving,
Supportive universe.
You can say,
I need help right now or please guide me and support me and comfort me.
And then just take a moment to receive the comfort and the peace and the support that immediately comes from asking for help.
Beautiful.
And when you're ready,
Slowly and gently move your body around.
Come back into the room,
Bringing with you the comfort,
The guidance and the support of a loving universe.
Open your eyes now.
Aware and awake.
Feeling comforted and ready to move on with a better day.
