So during this meditation,
You're going to be entering a light meditative state and strengthening your mind with the use of five resilience affirmations.
So go ahead and take a few moments now to just get into a comfortable position and begin to relax.
And to help you relax,
Imagine,
Visualize,
Or sense that you are in your favorite scene from nature.
It is the perfect time of day and the perfect temperature.
It is absolutely beautiful and serene here.
Take a moment to find a comfortable place to sit down and let yourself really sink into your surroundings.
Smell the air,
Feel the wind on your face,
Listen to the sounds,
And notice all the beauty surrounding you in this natural environment.
Now that you are comfortable and feeling safe in this beautiful natural environment,
Allow yourself to receive these strengthening words.

When we're going through a really challenging time and we don't know how we're going to get through it,
We need to remember other times we made it through.
So call to mind other times in your life that you successfully navigated a challenging or difficult situation and really let yourself feel the success of finding your way through.
