Finding yourself in the most comfortable position,
Relaxed but upright,
Bringing the awareness into the breath.
Smooth and steady in and out of the nose,
Long deep inhales and smooth controlled exhales,
Allowing every part of the body to relax and in your mind's eye begin to scan the surface of your skin,
Starting at the top of your head,
The back of your head,
The face,
The neck,
Breathe,
Scanning the shoulders and the back of your body,
The torso,
The arms,
The hands,
The legs,
The feet,
Breathe,
Holding an image of your entire body in your mind's eye and allowing your whole body to relax.
As the body further relaxes,
Gradually and naturally a little bit deeper with each breath begin to tune into a real sense that anything is possible.
Finding that subtle fire of enthusiasm within,
That you can accomplish everything you need,
Want and desire,
That you can accomplish all the goals you set in place,
That you already have the devotion and ambition inside of you.
Choosing to disengage with any thoughts or old ways of thinking that may be arising right now that limit you from believing this,
That limit you to think with an openness and expansive mind,
Breathe,
Begin to embody that potential feeling of limitless possibilities in your life,
A sense of positive expectation radiating through every part of you and in all directions around you.
Begin to open your mind to the idea that the realization that there is so much more to experience,
So much more to know and become,
