In this meditation, you’ll set the intention to release a quality or trait that no longer serves you, and invite in a new quality that you are ready to embody. Through visualization, you'll bring these qualities to the surface, allowing them to guide you toward the life you truly desire. This practice will help you connect with a deeper, more empowering version of yourself, aligning your energy with your highest potential.

Transcript

Finding a comfortable position,

Settling in,

And when you're ready,

Closing your eyes.

Crown of the head rising,

Chin slightly tucked,

Back of the neck is long,

Spine straight but not rigid,

Palms relaxed,

Knees below hips,

And feet flat or relaxed and comfortable.

Begin to set an intention of a quality you are willing to let go of.

Is it self-sabotage?

Is it guilt,

Worry,

Insecurity,

Jealousy,

Resentment,

Shallowness,

Anger?

What has been calling your attention,

Surfacing?

What have you been hanging on to that you are ready to part ways with?

Our anchor for today's practice will be in our belly,

So inhale so deeply your stomach and ribs expand without lifting your shoulders,

And then sending that breath deep into the basin of our bellies,

Full and complete inhales,

And then soft and controlled exhales.

Let's envision how you would feel if that quality you are willing to let go of no longer controlled you.

If you were to let it go,

What would the rest of your life start to look like?

What types of events would unfold?

If you could let go of that quality,

How would you feel?

A sense of ease and peace?

Maybe you could rest easier at night?

Would it allow you to be a kinder,

More compassionate person?

Inhale to belly,

Exhale,

Soften,

Belly contracts.

What version of yourself would develop if you let that quality go?

What sort of things would you accomplish or check off your list?

Inhale,

Belly rises,

Exhale,

Soften,

Belly contracts.

Does it bring a smile to your heart,

A warmth to your body?

Do your shoulders relax as there is a sense of comfort and ease in your life now?

And with this new way of life,

What are you now prepared to do?

What is the next right step to take?

You already know.

Inhale,

Belly rises,

Exhale,

Belly contracts and softens.

What stories must be released along with this quality?

We acknowledge that this quality in our life,

This story has served its purpose.

Knowing that when you let this quality no longer rule your life in the lens you view the world,

A whole other side and quality of life opens up to you.

And it's already within because it begins with you and the choices that you make.

We give permission now to release this quality or story and to be transmuted with love and light,

To be filled with understanding and an openness to receive only that which is for our best interest and for our highest good from this point forward.

Ask to be shown the way to be led in the direction of your life that brings you fulfillment and pure joy.

Breathe in and breathe out and sit with this feeling of openness and expansion.

And now I want you to begin to set an intention of a quality you are willing to receive more of.

What do you want more of in your life?

What do you want to receive in this moment?

Is it trust or self-devotion?

Is it respect?

Is it a sense of composure,

Rationale,

Confidence,

Caring?

Is it to be more dependable,

Kindness,

Loyalty,

And love?

Let's envision how you would feel if that quality became real in your life now.

What would your life start to look like if you embodied this quality?

What types of events would unfold?

If you let in that quality,

How would you feel?

Sense of ease,

At peace?

Would you take pride in who you were?

What version of yourself would develop if you let that quality in?

What sort of things would you accomplish and check off your list?

And with this new way of life,

What are you now prepared to do?

What is the next right step to take?

You already know.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Acknowledge that this quality already exists inside of you.

It is you.

Give permission now to allowing it to surface and radiate through you.

You are living it,

Breathing it,

And embodying this quality.

Can you feel that?

It's in you.

It's already yours.

Inhale.

Breathe it in.

And breathe it out.

And when you're ready,

Start to take three deep breaths at your own pace.

Begin to bring yourself back into your body,

Back into the room,

And back into the space that's around you.
