Hello and welcome to your five minute stress busting meditation session.

Go ahead now and take the biggest breath of your whole day,

Holding briefly at the top and then sigh and exhale,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Imagining that that breath is going all the way down to your toes and take another deep breath in,

This time focusing on the belly.

On your exhale,

Can you allow the belly to just release and relax completely and taking a moment here to acknowledge yourself for taking this time to calm yourself,

To find what feels good and then let's take another nice deep breath in,

Holding again briefly at the top and letting an audible sigh move out of you,

Imagining that breath again going all the way down to your toes.

Take another nice deep breath in,

Holding if you wish at the top,

Otherwise just resuming your natural pattern of inhales and exhales,

Imagining that because of the stress you might be feeling,

Your body is surrounded by a dense energy and with each deep inhale and exhale you're cleaning it off,

Feeling clearer and lighter and more relaxed.

Taking another nice slow deep inhale through the nose,

Holding at the top if you wish,

Letting all that dense energy go and go ahead and breathe in again.

Notice how more and more of your body is becoming clearer,

Free from what used to stress you out and allow yourself now to be surrounded by a positive energy protecting you from further stress for today.

Notice what color is that positive energy surrounding you,

What shape,

What texture,

That positive energy surrounding you.

Does it have a temperature?

Is it warm or cool?

Can you feel it more around a certain part of your body?

Let this positive energy surround you completely now,

That dense energy,

That stressed energy now gone completely.

Notice what it feels like breathing in and breathing out.

Take a few more deep breaths here and if you feel like it,

Gently shake your body out,

Helping you come even more into the room you're in.

And this concludes our five minute stress busting meditation session.
