And thank you for sharing this space with me.
I am honored to be given the time to be a part of your inner journey.
I am in gratitude for you allowing me to guide you in your practice.
This meditation is designed to sharpen your presence through shifting perspective and as a result adding meaning to your moment to moment experience.
When we treat each moment of every day as equally deserving of our full engagement,
Then every moment has meaning and we're burning freely with passion for life.
Settle into a cross-legged posture with your hands open facing upward.
Maintain a straight back with its natural curves,
And with your face slightly upturned,
Allow your focus to rest between the eyebrows and then gently close the eyes and mouth.
Check in with the body,
Observing any sensations.
Check in with the mind.
Allow each thought to be a cloud floating away.
Check in with your emotions.
Notice any impulsive reactions,
Anything bubbling up to the surface.
Simply notice them.
The breath is relaxed and natural and you're just noticing how it feels to be seated here in the present moment doing nothing.
Just sitting.
Draw the focus of your attention to the breath.
Allow your awareness to ride the shifting tides of the natural and full breath.
Follow the breath all the way from the entrance of your nostrils down to the belly and then filling out the lungs and chest.
Simply feel the entire body gently expand and become full of air.
Ride the breath all the way in and ride the breath all the way out.
Ride the breath all the way in and ride the breath all the way out.
Ride the breath all the way in.
For the next few moments,
Get in touch with your presence and aliveness.
As you follow your breath in and out,
Allow your awareness to include your body and any sensations that could be present there.
Your body is alive and you can feel it throbbing.
Sense how impermanent it all is and how much genius went into making you.
Sound and music play to deck out your self-care and Creating the experience that you wish to be a part of every waking moment of your life does not happen by chance or luck.
It happens through undivided attention with the direct experience of being alive and how you hold yourself,
No matter the circumstance.
You choose how you think,
Feel,
And react.
No one else can do that for you unless you give them the power.
What you can be aware of is what you can willingly and knowingly interact with.
What you are aware of is no longer your ignorance.
It's no longer something that can hold you back as you are capable of anything.
There is nowhere to be.
You are here and now.
Allow these words to point you to your limitless nature.
You are timeless.
You are infinite.
You are eternal.
You are consciousness,
Boundless and limitless.
Your truth cannot fade.
Every moment is big.
Embrace this moment.
Embrace this space.

During our awake time,
We can aim not to miss anything that's happening around us or within us.
We can hold the same amount of engagement with life during moments of stillness as we do during moments of movement.
When you feel the same quality of presence during the inhale as you do with the exhale.
For the next few moments,
Attempt to be absolutely engaged with each moment from the very beginning of the inhale to the very end of the exhale.
