A self love meditation.

Sit comfortably,

Making sure the spine is straight,

The feet flat on the ground as you take some nice deep breaths in through the nose and hold and out through the nose,

In through the nose and hold and out through the nose.

And just bowing to be kind to yourself,

Sending love to yourself.

Say I love me.

Perhaps three times,

I love me,

I love me,

I love me.

Say it to your heart.

And then going through all the parts of the body,

Giving them love,

Starting at the top of the head.

I love my head,

Going down,

I love my neck,

I love my shoulders,

I love my back,

I love my hips,

I love my buttocks,

I love my thighs,

I love my calves,

I love my feet,

I love my toes,

I love my pelvis,

I love my stomach,

I love my abdomen,

I love my chest,

I love my breasts,

I love my throat,

I love my arms,

I love my fingers,

I love my hands,

I love my chin,

I love my mouth,

I love my lips,

I love my nose,

I love my cheeks,

I love my eyes,

I love my ears,

I love my face,

I love myself.

And now we will go through the systems of the body as well.

I love my brain,

I love my heart,

I love my lungs,

I love my digestive system,

I love my bladder,

I love my reproductive system,

I love my immune system,

I love my blood and circulation,

And any other system of the body or any other part of the body that we've forgotten,

You can go through them in your mind and say I love,

And that particular part.

And if there's any particular parts of the body that you need to reaffirm,

Please repeat that you love that body part in your mind.

And again repeat,

I love me,

I love me,

I love myself.

And you might like to also say it with your name afterwards,

For example,

I love Emma.

And then continue to do a few more breaths.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes as you come back to your body,

Take nice deep breaths,

And finish saying out loud,

I love me.
