Breathing in through the nose and down the body and out the pelvis like the shape of a J.

Breathing in through the nose,

Letting the breath go down the body and breathing out through the pelvis like the shape of a J and breathing in through the nose and down the body and letting the breath go down the body and out the pelvis in the shape of a J.

The J breathing is really good for the third stage where you're pushing the baby out.

And the first part where you breathe in for a count of four and hold and breathe out for a count of four is good for just general breathing.

And then when you breathe in for a count of four and out for a count of six,

That is particularly good for during a contraction during labour.

So breathing in for counter four and hold and breathing out for a count of four,

Breathing in for a count of four and hold and breathing out for a count of four,

Breathing in for a count of four and hold,

Breathing out for a count of four or six and breathing in for a count of four and hold and breathing out for a count of four or six and practicing a couple more cycles of your breathing as you breathe in for a count of four and hold and breathing out for a count of four or six.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in positive energy healing,

Love,

Relaxation.

As you breathe out,

Breathe out any negativity,

Heaviness,

Tension,

Just let it all go and as you breathe in,

Breathe in positive energy,

Love,

Healing,

Peace of mind,

Relaxation and breathing out all the tension,

Negativity,

Heaviness,

Anything that's not love,

Let it all go and then you can continue practicing breathing.

Perhaps you might like to replay this from the start.

Thank you for joining me today.
