A guided breathing practice you can do anywhere. The demonstrator guides you on three different types of breathing exercises. Breathwork helps release tension and stress, create focus and clarity, helps pain relief and refreshes and invigorates body and mind. The ocean waves sound of Moondah Beach, Mount Eliza are in the background.

Hello,

Here we are at Moondah Beach where the air is fresh and beautiful.

It's a lovely time of the evening and there's plenty of trees around to create a lot of oxygen.

So please join me for this breathing practice.

With all going through a worldwide pandemic,

A pandemic of fear,

A pandemic of the lungs,

So many of us are still breathing shallowly.

We haven't reset our breathing.

So join me on this guided breathing practice for a few cycles.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of four.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of four.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

And breathing out through the nose for a count of four.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of five.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of six.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of seven.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of eight.

And if you can keep going,

Breathe in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

Breathing out through the nose for a count of nine.

And if you can do one more,

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

And breathing out through the nose for a count of ten.

Well done.

So you can practice this at any time that you feel you need some breath.

And as I mentioned,

You might like to practice this where there's some fresh air,

Whether it's the beach in nature.

And I hope you're feeling so much better.

And now we can practice one more exercise.

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold.

And you might like to do a big stretch now as you breathe in and out.

Breathing in as you raise your arms up and breathing out as you raise your arms down.

And you might even like to do that standing.

Thank you for joining in and feel free to practice this anytime.

Hope it makes you feel fantastic.
