A moment's silence.

This is something you can do for yourself at any time of the day.

Just pause and take a moment for yourself,

Quietening your mind and just sitting there quietly,

Letting all the thoughts of the day leave your mind.

You might like to quietly focus on your breath or an affirmation.

That's the greatest tribute you can do for anyone.

So why not do it for yourself?

So here we go.

Let's just sit quietly and give ourselves a moment's silence.

There we go.
