Hello and welcome to Entrance,

A hypnotic meditation library which acts as a gateway to help you discover your deeper self.

Entrance is produced to be listened to on stereo headphones.

These recordings are of a hypnotic nature and should not be used while driving a car or operating machinery.

Please use common sense and only use the appropriate entrance volumes in appropriate places and environments to ensure safety.

Notice in your mind's eye a single candle flame.

Imagine the flame of the candle now.

Notice the flickering and the dancing of the flame as the yellow and the red colours swirl around.

Now you go very gently and very deeply into a profound sense of relaxation as the flame flickers and dances.

You may see a warm glow from around the flames.

See the wax as it melts from the wick and drips down,

Down,

Down.

Just relaxing at the base.

If you find your mind wandering away from the flame of the candle,

Just bring it back gently to the warmth of the flame and as you keep the flame in your mind,

We'll count down from 20 to 0.

Each number will make you 10 times more deeper and relaxed than you are now.

As I count down each single number,

You will see the candle's wax drip down,

Down,

Down,

Further into relaxation.

See the warm light as a halo rising above the candle and making out the numbers.

A drip of wax beads near the flame.

Flicker in as it rolls down.

Calmness forms alongside the shortening candle.

The flame drifts,

Making you feel more relaxed.

Sleepier and sleepier.

Breathe that clean air in and out.

Feeling so good and so sleeping.

So relaxed.

Your eyes will not open now.

Deep sleep.

Breathe in and out and sleep deeper.

You are now very deeply relaxed and each and every positive suggestion that is made will go deeply into your mind.

I want you to use your memory and imagine as one now.

When I say begin,

I want you to think of an animal for each and every letter of the alphabet.

Start by thinking of an animal that begins with the letter A.

Get it in your mind now,

Clearly,

Strongly.

Now,

I want you to think of another animal,

But this time beginning with the letter B.

Take your time.

If you can think of more than one animal that start with the letter B,

Choose the one that you like best.

It's very important that you take your time and concentrate on this task that you're doing now.

In a few moments,

You will go ahead and continue finding names of animals starting with the letter C deeper down,

Then D and so on.

Until you go through the entire alphabet all the way to the letter Z.

So let's go ahead and begin now.

Start with the letter C.

Visualize or imagine that animal that begins with C and hold it for three seconds.

When one door closes,

Another door opens.

Your favorite animal begins with a D now.

You are so long and so regrettably upon the closed door that we cannot see the ones which are open as big as you can.

And hold it.

Now,

F.

A friend of mine went camping for the first time.

The site was in the woods along the tall trees and a stream nearby.

It was perfect.

After a meal cooked over the campfire,

I,

My friend,

Watched the sun go down and listened as everything grew quiet in the evening air.

Okay.

The bird settled down,

Pulled that image in his mind for as long as you can.

But the wind in the leaves.

Soon from this death solitude,

I no longer stand still in fear.

Had a magic effect.

I now put faith in myself and settled down to sleep.

This choice is mine sometime in the night.

My friend was wakened by a noise outside.

Kindness not being an experienced camper.

As long as it is without flatulence or hypocrisy.

And a bear had smelled it.

What can the most disrespectful thing do through the packages?

So if you can open the plastic bags and if you have the chance,

Gently advise and call your neighbor in darkness.

We point to self-effectively and from a universal perspective.

You must not do this with sarcasm or blame the error.

But lovingly,

Without a knock,

Straining to hear every sound.

And if the bear was going to tear the tendons of the blood around your body to help you relax,

I want you to wiggle your toes out of the tent,

Only to discover that it was a squirrel that had been searching through the rascals in the night.

Now,

As they begin to ache just a little bit,

Make them wiggle harder and faster.

That's it.

You can do this to relax anywhere.

Wiggle them for 30 seconds fast.

And then stop and feel the relaxation flood into your body now.

You can do this without a knock.

And if you can wiggle your toes out of the tent,

You can wiggle your toes out of the tent.

You In just a few moments you're going to wake up and I'm going to count from 1 to 5.

At the count of 5 you're going to come back to the here and now,

Feeling wide awake,

Feeling wonderful in every way,

Feeling so much calmer than before.

Start to wake up and emerge from hypnosis.

Feeling wonderful,

Awake in every way.

3.

Coming back to the here and now and sensing the room around you.

4.

Your eyes are beginning to open now as you wake.

5.

Eyes open,

Wide awake,

Feeling wonderful in every way.
