Today we'll use meditation to focus on how we are feeling.

On the top of your paper write the question,

How do I feel?

Now let your eyes close and your attention lightly rest on your breath,

Breathing in relaxation,

Breathing out any tension or stress.

Let all thought fade away.

Only place your other hand on your solar plexus.

Feel the warmth,

The flow of energy.

Focus on it.

Relax.

Question.

How do I feel?

Write the first thing that comes into your mind without judgment or assessment,

Even if it seems irrelevant,

Unusual or even ridiculous.
