From deep within,
Uncovering and letting go,
From deep within emerged the soul,
Was always pure and whole inside,
Yet could not fully shine its light,
Had sides of it locked in the dark,
Hidden and forgotten were so many parts,
Deeply covered in massive anger,
Grief and shame,
Unable to be accessed by the conscious alone.
My body,
Come and speak to me,
Unfold your whole wisdom and set me free,
Release what you've been holding so tight,
I'm ready to stop controlling and constantly fight,
I'm ready to pause and deeply breathe,
Surrendering to the moment and openly receive,
All your anxiety,
Struggle and hurtful pain,
All your overwhelm,
Rejection and covered up shame.
It's time to feel it and let it all go,
Connecting to the authentic expression of my soul.
I trust you and hold you until all of it is gone,
Until you radiate a lively filled with compassion and joy.
Accepting and feeling through,
There is nothing else I have to do,
Give all of those hidden parts the space to fully express themselves in their own unique ways,
Carefully listen to what they really need,
In exploring their resistance I let them take the lead,
Give them what they desire and deserve,
To come back into the union of love.
