This is Faith Hunter and welcome to Self Love Affirmation with Gentle Breath Work.
Find a comfortable seated position where you can be undisturbed.
Gently close your eyes or cast them down and start to take a few cleansing breaths in and out of your nose,
Filling your lungs with air as you inhale and as you exhale,
Slowly releasing,
Finding that sense of ease and softness as you let go of tension and stress.
Do this a few more times so that you can arrive in this moment of radical self love.
As we prepare to integrate affirmations with breath work,
I want you to simply focus on your natural breathing pattern,
Your own personal rhythm.
And with each breath that you take,
I want you to envision drawing in love and acceptance into your heart and expelling any self doubt,
Negativity,
Letting it all go.
I'm going to share these affirmations,
But you don't have to repeat them.
All you have to do is breathe in and breathe out and continue to envision drawing love and acceptance into your heart.
As I say these affirmations,
Allow the vibration of their meaning to permeate through your entire body.
