Did you know that one of the most self-gentle practices that you can do is to take some time and to dream a little bit?
And I'm not speaking about the dreaming that you do when you sleep,
Even though sleeping is a delicious self-gentleness practice for everyone.
No,
I am speaking about daydreaming.
I am speaking about the daydreaming in which you allow yourself to let your fantasy take you to those places where you want to go,
To those places where you feel good,
You feel ease and flow.
Let's dream a little bit together today.
So make sure that you're comfortable.
You can lie down,
You can just sit and lean against the back of your chair,
And if you like you can even walk.
Just don't daydream.
When you are driving a vehicle.
Alright,
Let's start.
Now let's first make sure that you are really comfortable and relaxed.
So pay some attention to your body.
Is there any tension,
Any tension that is hampering you to really relax?
If so,
Just make a little bit more tension in that place and then just drop it.
That feels good,
Right?
Now gently close your eyes and just take a moment to become aware of your breath.
Where do you feel your breath?
Just put your hand there.
If it's on your chest,
You put your hand there,
If it's in your belly,
Put your hand there.
And observe your breath for a moment.
Let it calm down,
But very naturally,
You don't have to change anything.
Just be present with this beautiful,
Natural ability of your body to make sure that you will get the oxygen your body thrives on.

Really going well.
And remember,
If you still feel some tension,

Just tense up and let go.

You might be lying in the arms of your beloved.
Wherever you are,
Just imagine that you are there right now and it feels so good.
It's so pleasant to be here.
It's so nice.
And while you are here,
Relaxing,
Finding ease,
Feeling good,
I'm asking you,
What is it that you would like to dream about a little bit right now?
Don't think about it.
Just let the images,
The words,
The sense,
The feelings just pop up.
Be open for whatever comes to you and if you have a lot of ideas and just pick one,
You can always come back and do this practice again with a different topic.
Don't be afraid to choose.
You have all the time in the world to daydream about whatever you like.
And don't overthink it.
Yes,
That one,
That exact thought,
That exact image,
That one that feels good,
That you feel the eagerness about to just let your mind wander,
Let your mind play with this topic.
Maybe it's about something that you want to see in your future.
Maybe it's a beautiful memory that you have and that you would like to relive.
Whatever it is.
It's okay,
Go with that one,
The one that is now on your mind.
Be comfortable.
Be relaxed.
And just be open to see where the movie takes you.
To feel where the emotional,
Beautiful emotional flow brings you.
Just be open to just float around in your own fantasy while listening to this beautiful music that will help you to play feather light with your fantasy.
Envisioning something just because it feels good.
There is no goal.
There is no aim.
There's nothing to achieve.

Do you have less tension?
Are you more relaxed?
What about your mind?
Do you feel that gentleness within?
The knowing that you just allowed yourself to just dream a little bit.
That's so fantastic.
That's such a gift that you give to yourself.

So I invite you to bring your attention back to your breath.
If you want you can put again your hand on your belly.
Your other hand on your chest.
And just become aware again of your breath.
And when you feel that you're present again with your own body.
Then just take the time to slowly open your eyes.
To slowly get up.
And to be on your way.
