This is the advanced version of my 'Deep & Quiet Meditation'. I simply guide you in and out of the mantra meditation, the rest you do all by yourself. If you have little meditation experience, first try my 'Deep & Quiet Meditation' and practice with that one, otherwise it might be too challenging. Also suitable to use with your personal mantra (like in TM or Vedic Meditation) if you want some limited teacher guidance. If you don't know which mantra to use, you can use SO HUM.

Hello dear friend,

This is Femke.

Let's begin.

Let's sit up straight,

And you can have your back supported,

But keep your head free.

Relax your face,

Your mouth,

Your shoulders.

Settle and relax.

Gently close your eyes.

Settle and relax.

Now start repeating your mantra mentally,

Slowly in your own time,

And let it slowly fade away.

If thoughts pop up,

Gently favour your mantra every time again.

I will let you meditate on your own,

And I will come back in 10 minutes to guide you out of the meditation.

Okay,

Keeping the eyes closed,

Let go of the mantra.

Be aware of the silence within.

Gently bring your attention back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Stretch your spine,

And in your own time,

Gently open your eyes.

Now you're ready to continue your day.

Simple and effective thank you! This is the 2nd meditation I have done with you, 1st was the Deep & Quiet which I love and have been doing daily for about a week before moving to this one :-)
