Kristen is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Instructor and Artist. Kristen did her RYT 200 at Mandorla Yoga Institute in Yoga Therapy. She is trained in Trauma Informed yoga practices. She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Education at UBC in Vancouver. Kristen offers classes and workshops in Calgary, Alberta.
