Begin by finding a comfortable place to meditate.
You may lie or sit down.
Prepare your body to listen to this meditation.
This meditation is designed to support your sacral chakra.
This chakra is located in your lower abdomen.
It is the center of desire,
Pleasure,
Emotion,
And creativity.
Begin to picture a ball of glowing orange light just below your navel.
This light glows brighter with every inhale and darker with every exhale.
The light expands with every inhale and contracts with every exhale.
Continue this pattern of breath throughout this meditation.
Bring your attention to your sense of taste.
Taste inside the mouth.
Allow the teeth to part in the breath to bathe the inside of the mouth.
Taste the air around you and the sensations on your tongue.
Begin to picture in your mind everything in this world that brings you sweetness,
Your true desires and pleasures,
What brings you joy.
Hold each one of these sweet things in your mind and send them gratitude.
Allow yourself to feel fully all of your emotions during this meditation.
You are free to express and feel fully here.
Our sacral chakra allows us to flow freely through life,
Moving,
Changing,
Feeling.
Bring to mind the element of water.
Notice how your body,
Though very still,
Is moving in subtle ways.
Your blood is moving,
Flowing through your veins.
Your breath is flowing easily in and out of the lungs.
As you breathe,
The body responds like a wave as your belly and chest rise and fall.
Rising and falling like the tides as the moon calls in the waters of life.
The power of the moon moves us too.
Feel the great force of creative energy that resides in your belly.
Pure potential exists here.
Honor the space within you that is creative life force energy.
Bring your attention once again to the ball of glowing orange light in your abdomen.
Allow it to grow brighter with every inhale,
Bathing your entire being with this sweet light.
Feel like a fish or sea creature of the ocean as you allow the breath to move you like the tides of the ocean.
Surrender to this feeling of flow.
Repeat silently to yourself the following mantras.
I feel my desires and know I deserve them.
I feel pleasure and allow myself to enjoy all the joy in my life.
I feel creative and full of potential.
I feel fully.
Bring your attention once more to the space below your navel.
I invite you to even place your hands there and feel the breath as it fills into your hands.
Feeling the breath as it fills the sacred space of the sacral chakra.
Inhaling,
Filling the hands,
Exhaling,
Settling into the belly.
Allowing the breath to deepen here and lengthen.
As we begin to bring our attention back into the space and awakening the body.
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Slowly making your way back into the room.
