Hello,

My miraculous friend and welcome to another episode of the Magnify Your Miracles podcast.

This is Reverend Francis Faden and I am so grateful to get to spend this time with you today.

We're going to be doing a very special meditation with Mother Mary as Our Lady of Fatima.

She did appear in Fatima,

Portugal in 1917 with a message of deepening your spiritual practices to help put an end to World War I and then I think also to help with the coming pandemic that happened in 1918.

So as always,

I'm going to ask you to get yourself ready by taking a few deep breaths.

And if you are driving,

Please keep your eyes on the road.

This is not the time to do this guided meditation.

Breathing in the energy of expansion,

Breathing out anything that you no longer need.

Just allowing yourself to come fully into this present moment.

As you are focusing on your breathing,

Allowing yourself to let go of whatever happened before you tuned in and whatever might be happening afterwards.

Just come as deeply into the now as you absolutely can.

Because now is where the divine dwells.

And I'm going to ask you now in your mind's eye to let yourself imagine that you can see a little ball of golden light right in the chest area.

And as you are breathing in,

Let that little ball of golden light begin to expand.

Breathing out anything that you no longer need.

And we are simply using your God given power of imagination,

Letting your chest become filled with this beautiful golden light vibration.

Till the next inhalation,

You can see and feel this beautiful golden light filling the entire chest area,

Front and back,

Inside and out.

We know that this beautiful golden light frequency is the frequency that your higher self lives in at all times.

And we're simply increasing our awareness of it.

So let's keep the process going.

On the next inhalation,

Let yourself see that golden light moving rapidly down the shoulders into the arms,

The hands,

The fingers,

Moving down the body into the legs,

The feet,

The toes,

Up the neck into the head until you see yourself completely filled with this beautiful golden light.

And let yourself in that mind's eye see this energy moving beyond the boundaries of the body into your energy field until you can see and feel yourself as a beautiful sphere of light.

Just let yourself imagine that as this light being,

You can sense very easily the energy that's around you and you start to notice the presence of Mother Mary coming towards you also as a sphere of beautiful pale blue light.

And in that mind's eye,

Let yourself just imagine that you can see and feel this beautiful sphere of light landing right in front of you and gently touching the edge of her sphere to yours like as if she's giving you a little kiss on your cheek.

And you can feel a rush of energy come in to your body temple filling you with an incredible sense of peace.

Knowing that Mother Mary comes to bring us into the vibration of peace so that we can experience God's divine presence much more easily.

And very gently you feel her energy beginning to merge with your energy.

So you can feel that you are one huge sphere of light.

And allow this light to bless your body temple going all the way into your body temple through all the layers of tissue,

Bones,

Organs,

Right down,

Right inside your bones.

And let this beautiful healing light begin to fill up your bone marrow,

The very essence of who you are on a physical level and then make its way out through the bones and through the muscles and the tendons.

Moving through all of your organs,

Your nerves,

Your tissues,

All the connective tissue of your body,

All the fascia,

And right on out to your beautiful external skin until you see and feel that your entire body is glowing with this healing light.

Now let this energy come into your emotional body.

You don't need to know where that is.

Just let yourself feel this energy washing over your emotions,

Healing any fears,

Any sadness,

Any old energy that you no longer need.

Just let it be filled and washed over with this beautiful healing vibration.

Realizing yourself feeling lighter and lighter and then allowing this energy to start to fill your mental body.

And if you like,

You can imagine that these are different layers of your own being.

Bringing a sense of calmness to your mind,

Bringing healing energy,

Releasing anxiety and worry,

Replacing it with peace and calmness and faith and confidence.

And notice that deepening of energy.

And now we will allow that energy of peace and healing to wash over our spiritual body.

That part of us that is eternal.

Then feeling the peace on all four levels of being,

Body,

Emotion,

Mind,

Spirit.

Allowing yourself to feel that deep peace now radiating out from you and filling your environment and letting Mother Mary's energy magnify this energy for you.

As your own healing vibration blesses the room where you are,

Blesses all the people that might be in your home or all the beings that might be in your home,

Animals included.

Bringing peace and harmony into your home,

Dissolving any discord and letting this energy now move out into your neighborhood,

Shining the energy of healing and harmony.

And allowing this energy to continue to expand through your town,

Your province,

Your state,

Your country,

Your continent until you can feel your light of peace,

Healing and harmony enveloping this beautiful planet.

Sending away any discord and radiating with beautiful harmonious energy.

Mother Mary comes to us as Our Lady of Fatima to bring an energy of harmony on all levels.

Very gently now just let yourself imagine that you can feel her energy starting to very gently separate from yours.

But you notice that even as this happens you stay feeling that powerful magnified energy of peace and harmony.

It has now become your vibration.

And so now we can see Mother Mary's energy completely separate from yours as she is smiling with a beautiful radiant smile because you have embodied the deep peace and harmony of Our Lady of Fatima.

Now very gently we're going to release Mother Mary from our beautiful circle offering her love and her gratitude but staying in this deep place of peace and harmony.

Bringing your awareness back to wherever you are and staying deeply,

Deeply connected to this place of peace and harmony.

Remembering that it's coming from within you.

It is not based on circumstances.

Quite the contrary.

It is arising from within your own being where it's been this whole time.

And allowing yourself to feel your awareness coming back to the room where you are.

Realize yourself being supported by the chair or whatever it is that is supporting your body temple.

Let the energy of Mother Earth rush up and connect with the bottoms of your feet.

Bringing that grounding energy to your body temple.

Let that energy move through the feet and into the ankles,

Up through the calves and into the knees,

Moving up through the thighs and into the hips.

But notice that the peace and the energy and the harmony of the earth is the same vibration that is within you as well.

You feel completely in sync with the healing power of Mother Earth.

As this energy moves up through the torso,

Up the spine,

Down the arms,

Up the neck,

Into the head.

Until you feel like a deep sigh washing over you.

Very gently move that body temple.

Move the fingers,

Move the toes.

Whatever works for you.

And staying connected to this place of peace and harmony.

Taking one more deep breath with me in gratitude.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
