So if you'd like to gently sit back where you're sitting,
Or you could even lie down,
Whatever feels comfortable for you,
And allow yourself to take this time for yourself and allow that beautiful surrender to non-action,
To be still,
To proceed softly now inwards into your own space,
Into your own inner sanctuary.
So closing your eyes and taking a beautiful deep breath into your belly,
Breathing in,
Into your belly,
Breathe all the way in,
And breathing out on a sigh.
And again,
Deep breath in,
And out on a sigh.
And again,
Deep breath in,
And out on a sigh.
And gentle breath in to your belly,
Breathe in,
And breathing out on a sigh.
And enter into that inner sanctuary that resides deeply within you.
And you may like to imagine that you're entering into a portal into your heart space.
And imagine a door opening into this sanctuary that is your heart.
And as you enter into this space,
You find yourself in the most majestic room.
The ceilings are high,
And everything is pure white.
It's almost like you've entered into an angelic realm.
And as you enter into this room,
There's tall glass arched windows surrounding you in each of the walls of this room.
It's much like a temple.
And with each window,
There's a beautiful light fabric,
A light curtain gently moving with the breeze entering into each of those windows.
And as you enter into this majestic space,
Walk into the very center.
And here you'll find what looks like a throne,
Suitable for a queen or a king.
And you'll find that there's a step that you have to step up onto to sit upon the chair,
This majestic chair in this beautiful room.
And you may notice that the chair is covered with deep red velvet.
Now sit back in this chair and look around you,
Noticing the breeze entering in through the windows,
Noticing that there is sunlight streaming through one of those windows,
And that sunlight is streaming down upon you.
And you can feel the warmth of the breeze of that sunlight.
And it's quite bright and you actually have to close your eyes,
But you notice the energy of that sunlight.
And you feel that sunlight moving down from the crown of your body,
All the way down through the center of your body.
Feel the energy entering in now,
Into your crown,
And feel the energy flowing down through your face,
Down through your jaw,
Down through your throat and neck,
Down into your shoulders,
Across to the left,
Across to the right,
And down your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists and your hands,
All the way to your fingertips.
Feel this majestic energy flowing through your body as a stream of light now continues down through into your heart area,
Flowing into your lungs,
Your heart,
Towards the back of your spine.
Feel this energy flowing into you,
Entering into every single cell,
Entering into your heart,
Your lungs,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Into your belly,
Your lower back,
Into your hips,
Your pelvis,
Into your groin,
Into your thighs,
Flowing down,
Down through your thighs and your knees,
Down through your shins and your calves,
All the way down through your ankles and through your feet,
And feel the energy entering into the earth below.
You may even notice that your feet are anchored into this step that you stepped onto to sit upon this throne,
And you know that your feet are anchoring into this step as you feel your fibrous roots that are extending down from your feet,
Entering in through the flooring,
Down through into the earth below,
All the way to the center of the earth.
And your roots are now anchoring deeply within the heart of Mother Earth herself,
Around a beautiful crystal.
Anchoring,
Centering and supporting you,
The majestic being that is you.
And you feel the light continually entering into your body,
While at the same time you feel all your chakras opening up,
And particularly your heart chakra,
Opening wide in order to receive,
To receive the wisdom of the angelic beings that are now entering into this space that is your inner sanctuary.
And it's as if from behind each of those long,
Sheer curtains,
In front of each of those tall windows,
That a beautiful angelic being steps out from behind.
And you may find that there is a number of angels,
Not just one,
And they all move towards you gently,
Their wings stretched out wide,
Their auras are beautiful,
Magical colors surround them,
And yet they themselves are very pure and white.
And you may find that there are six angels surrounding you here.
And one particularly,
That being Archangel Michael,
With his magnificent sword of light,
Stands in front of you,
And he is a beautiful angel,
And reminds you how lovingly protected you are,
And that you are here in this space that is your inner sanctuary,
To be reminded of your inner power.
And he extends an etheric hand out towards you,
And he gently touches you right there in the middle of your chest on your sternum.
And you can feel the energy from that one finger touching your sternum,
And the profound energy that he is now,
Channeling into you,
Helping to guide you through this process,
Helping to ground you more into your body,
Helping you to realize your own inner strength and courage.
He releases his finger,
But as he gently brings his hand back towards himself,
He touches his own heart,
And it's as if you're connecting with your heart,
And you're connected to him still,
As if energetically you can still feel that energy from his finger that touched you right there in your heart center.
It's as almost like he has recharged you,
Amplified your energy.
Relish this energy now.
Set in your power,
Set in your sovereignty now,
As each and every angel here will be stepping forward to empower you with their energy.
Right now Archangel Raphael,
The healer,
Is stepping forward,
And gently placing his hand upon your right shoulder,
And is releasing and cleansing and clearing all the debris of negative energy,
Negative thoughts,
Negative occurrences in your life,
And any issues around your health.
And feel that energy now flowing out of you,
Down and out through your body,
And into the ground below.
It's almost as if that charge of energy through his hand on your shoulder is similar to that of standing under a waterfall.
Feel yourself being energetically cleansed and cleared.
Relish the cleansing that's occurring,
Knowing that lifetimes of karmic threads of disease,
Trauma,
And all occurrences that did not support your body are now being released.
This process is now complete,
And Archangel Raphael now steps back,
And to your left on the other side of Archangel Michael stands Archangel Gabriel,
And she now steps forward and gently touches you on your crown with her gentle touch,
Her gentle hand,
And through this touch she is amplifying the cosmic communication between you and Source,
The Creator,
And your higher self.
Feel the charge,
Feel your crown chakra opening wide,
Feel your energy expanding and your aura also expanding very wide,
Out from in front of you,
From each side of you,
And from the back.
Because cosmic energy and guidance,
The divine knowledge and divine wisdom,
Enters into us from all sides,
From all angles,
But our higher knowing and our higher intelligence,
Our crown needs to be open wide in order to receive that.
Now you know that you are truly tapped in,
Plugged in,
Truly connected to the higher realms,
And your intuition now is truly switched on to the highest vibration in order to receive that intuitive knowledge,
Awareness,
Which will deepen your consciousness,
Your awareness of your consciousness.
Archangel Gabriel now stands back,
Knowing that you are centred,
Aligned,
And receiving like a magnificent antenna,
That communication that has always been available,
That needed to be finely tuned in order to receive that and you are now finally attuned to receive.
And the three other angels standing behind you hold space now for this activation to occur.
The realignment,

The remembering who you truly are.
You are a divine spark of the creator.
You are the divine creation itself.
And you have the right to sit here upon this throne,
Remembering your sovereignty,
Your inner power,
Your divine wisdom,
Your inner source.

It's in the non-action that the work gets done.
It's as if you're waking up from the most deepest,
Profound sleep.
And it's during our sleep that our body heals,
Our body releases,
And we become anew.
So know that you have received a deeply profound healing from the angelic realm.
And now this room is also with many beings here in this room.

Watching and rejoicing in this healing you have received.
Not only the six archangels surrounding you,
But also all your healing guides,
All your own angels and all your loved ones are here to celebrate this renewal and this reminder of who you truly are.
A sovereign being of the light.
Here on the profound journey that is here to support humanity as the earth proceeds her evolution into the new earth.
And you are ascending in to the new human.
Notice how energetically this feels right and that all the layers of karmic debt are released.
All the energy of trauma is released.
And all the happiness is released.
All the health issues are now released.
So that you can truly shine bright in this bright new version of your true authentic nature and the divine spark that you truly are.
It's now time to come back but bring back with you this new,
New version of yourself.
This new higher energy and this new deep resonating love and appreciation you have for yourself.
So when you're ready,
Allow yourself to gently return back to where you're sitting or where you're lying by taking a deep and gentle breath into your belly,
Breathing in,
And breathing out on a sigh.
Bring your awareness down to your feet and toes and gently give them a wriggle.
That's right and bring your awareness to your hands and your fingers and gently give your fingers a wriggle.
