If you'd like to relax into that space that you're now sitting or lying and gently close your eyes and take yourself back now into your body via your breath. So taking in a deep but gentle breath now into your belly breathing in and breathing out on a sigh and again a very deep and gentle breath into your belly breathing in and breathing out on a sigh and one more time deep breath in and breathing out on a sigh and I invite you now to bring your awareness into your heart into your heart space and as you bring your mind down into your heart imagine that you're opening a door much like into a very ancient cottage and the doorway is arched and the door is made of old wood panelling and the doorknob is made of brass it's like a brass ring so turn that ancient doorknob and open the door into this wonderfully magic space within and as you enter into this very ancient old cottage that is situated in a beautiful part of the countryside and maybe it's in the land or a country far from here enter into this room now and take a look around you here observing all the old features in this room there may be sheer curtains on the adorning the curtain the windows and the window may be open just slightly to allow a breeze to enter this space and there may be old-fashioned pictures adorning the walls and in the very center of this room is a deeply comfortable seat couch or an armchair and there may even be a footstool right beside it so make your way into this room now and make your way to the chair or the couch and take a seat and notice how comfortable it feels to sit here it's as if you've been here many many times before you may even choose to put your feet up onto the footstool and notice how relaxed you now become by sitting back relaxing back into this space and even though this space here seems ancient it's just a representative of a lifetime that you have experienced and one that may be very core and central to this life and as you observe the energy in this room as you allow it to enter into your skin into your body into your mind into your heart become conscious again of your breath and notice that your breath is becoming deeper noticing that your nervous system is regulating and becoming calm noticing that the energy in this room is gathering around you like a warm cloak and where you're sitting here in this room you're aware of the presence of loved ones who may have passed many many years prior to this or you may be even conscious of spirit in the form of angels or guides or just even energy itself and allow yourself to relax here in this space and allow yourself to receive now the healing that this room is generating around you allow spirit in whichever form they have gathered here to draw close feel their hands gently touching you on your shoulders or maybe you feel the gentle touch on your forehead maybe you feel or sense the touch of lips against your cheek and maybe you just notice that you feel so calm here that all it needs that all it needs for you to feel that calmness is just to be within this energy not having to interpret so much what you're experiencing but rather allowing yourself just to observe and receive and know that spirit have prepared this place for you knowing full well that you would be here journeying inward at this time conscious of your need to feel supported by their loving embrace so allow yourself now to receive the energy of love the energy of healing and the energy of support and allow the frequencies of sound to enter into your entire being enter into the spaces within the cells enter into the recesses of your mind enter into the space of your heart and let go now let go of all the judgments let go of all the tears let go of all the fears and doubts just let go just let go and allow yourself to be imagine yourself to be just pure space not to be filled but rather to be emptied you being relaxing here in this space with all the divine energy enveloping you with all the frequencies of sound and love entering into your being healing every part of you entering into each organ each blood vessel each cell healing the microcosm healing the spirit the soul the mind the heart wrapping you in the energy of divine love a deeper awareness of who you are and what your mission here is on planet earth is rising to the surface and there's an awareness deep within you that is also rising to your awareness that every particle in your body every frequency in your spirit every sound that comes from your throat and every intention that comes from your heart is all in support of the evolution of humanity of the species of the divine will within each and every physical being the healing is now complete your spirit guides your angels your loved ones all those who have attended you here in this beautiful space and now gathering around you creating a halo effect where you are the center allow yourself to receive their loving guidance their wisdom and their loving energy that is centered and focused on you right now and feel the energy entering into your heart and know that this loving energy will be the strong support that will guide you from here on in as you navigate your continuing journey here on earth here in this plane of existence and here on your journey to reaching your true soul's mission and purpose so it's now time to come back to return back from this beautiful place but be aware that it's always here right here in your heart so make your way back now back to the arched doorway back to the solid wooden panel door and open it and turn look back into this room and know that your loved ones and that all of spirit will always be here whenever you choose to return so return now back back to your body back to the seat you're sitting in or the bed you're lying on and bring your awareness back to your breath so breathing in now into your belly and breathing out on a sigh I bring your awareness down to your feet and toes and gently give your toes a wrinkle bring your awareness down to your hands and your fingers and gently give your fingers a wrinkle now and with a great sense of appreciation and love in your heart I invite you to gently open your eyes welcome back
