Hi there,

My name is François and I'm really happy to have you here.

Recently,

I hosted a live event where we talked about the secrets of dealing with pain and suffering.

Towards the end,

I shared a beautiful poem that I'd love to share with you all now.

You know,

We all experience pain and suffering in our life,

We cannot escape it.

So,

If it is inevitable,

The only thing we can do is learn to handle it gracefully and move forward.

I invite you to close your eyes and let these words sink in.

In the journey of life,

We all face pain.

The hardships we endure,

The trials we gain.

But amidst the struggle,

A question rings clear.

Is suffering a choice or something we fear?

Pain is an alert,

A signal,

A call.

Without it,

We would stumble,

Crash and fall.

Suffering emerges when we dwell on how the pain makes our emotions swell.

In moments of torment,

A perspective can shift.

From victim to survivor,

Pain's hold we lift.

A traumatic past transformed by might into purpose,

Wisdom and guiding light.

Each challenge endured shapes who we'll be.

A source of strength,

Of growth,

Of possibility.

For good and bad,

Intertwined they flow.

A farmer's tale teaches who truly knows.

Who truly knows?

In a world of choices,

Stand tall and free.

Accept life's imperfections,

Let joy decree.

Choose happiness no matter the strife,

For pain is inevitable,

But suffering,

A choice in life.

Thank you for listening.

I truly hope this poem had an impact on you.

In life,

We have a choice.

To be wounded or to become wiser.

To be a victim or to become a survivor.

We can choose to live in a beautiful state regardless of circumstances and not let pain dictate our lives or define our identity.

Remember,

Pain is inevitable,

But suffering is a choice.

So let go of the victim mentality,

Set powerful goals and develop empowering habits.

Some people suffer for a week,

While others carry their whole lives.

Many fail to realize that in the end,

Happiness is a choice.

So,

What will you choose?
