Enter The Astral Plane With This Guided Meditation

In this recording, we'll practice Progressive Muscle Relaxation in order to still our mind in preparation for astral projection. Once relaxed, we'll use a visualization technique to separate from our body and go on an epic quest into the astral realm. Hello there and welcome to this astral projection recording.

Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.

First then let us set the scene.

Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions.

Your bedroom is ideal.

On your bed,

Lights out.

But equally you could lie on your couch in the living room.

Or in a reclining chair in your office.

Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.

So I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that.

And when my voice returns shortly,

The session will begin.

Now that you're in your special spot,

I want you to close your eyes and take some deep intentional breaths in,

Out,

Through the nose.

Do this a few times.

In and out.

Through the nose.

And again.

In.

Through the nose.

Keep on doing this.

Slowing your heartbeat.

Stilling your mind.

And gently bringing yourself into the perfect headspace for astral projection.

Continue doing this on your own now.

And my voice will return.

Shortly.

Now I want you to relax your body.

Your muscles specifically.

We'll do this by using PMR.

Progressive muscle relaxation.

Start by focusing your attention on your feet.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Tense the muscles in your feet by curling your toes and flexing your soles.

Hold this tension for about 5 seconds,

Paying close attention to the sensations.

Then as you breathe back in,

Completely release the tension in your feet.

Let go entirely.

Notice the contrast between the feeling of tension and the feeling of release.

Move on to the next muscle group now,

The calves.

And repeat the process a few times there.

And my voice will return.

In a moment.

Continue progressing through the different muscle groups now.

Working your way slowly up the body.

Do the buttocks next.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Tense the muscles there.

Hold this tension for about 5 seconds,

Paying close attention to the sensations.

Then as you breathe back in,

Completely release the tension there.

Lean into the feeling of relaxation that washes over you after you release.

Now move on to the next muscle group,

The hands.

And repeat the process a few times there.

And my voice will return.

Shortly.

Next up,

Let's do the shoulders.

You know how to do this by now.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Tense your shoulders for about 5 seconds,

Paying close attention to the sensations.

Then as you breathe back in,

Let your shoulders drop,

Releasing the tension.

And finally,

Let's do the face.

Breathe in deeply.

And as you exhale,

Tense the muscles there for about 5 seconds,

Paying close attention to the sensations as you do.

Then as you breathe back in,

Let go entirely.

Feel the relief wash over you as the tension is dropped.

And now,

Sit with this feeling of relief,

Of relaxation.

Quietly,

On your own for a while.

And my voice will return.

Soon.

You are now supremely relaxed,

Peaceful and at ease.

And so we're ready to move on to the visualization stage of this process.

Begin by imagining yourself,

In your mind's eye,

Floating above your physical body.

Really let this vision develop.

Notice all there is to notice.

Let all the details become bright and vivid.

The version of you that's looking down now is the energetic,

Ethereal version of yourself.

This is the part of you that will soon take off and leave the physical realm behind.

But for now,

Continue letting this visualization develop.

More and more.

And shortly,

My voice will return.

Your mind's eye visualization is now sharp and defined.

And the further into this visualization you go,

The more you edge towards making it a reality.

So,

Now I want you to set some intentions.

I want you to clearly and concisely state your intention to have an astral projection experience.

Affirm to yourself that you're ready to fully separate from your physical body and explore the astral realm.

Internally then,

I'd like you to repeat,

I'm capable of astral projection and I'm in control of my experience.

I'm capable of astral projection and I'm in control of my experience.

I'm capable of astral projection and I'm in control of my experience.

Keep on repeating this to yourself now,

Just internally,

Not out loud.

And my voice will return in a while.

Now,

Imagine your consciousness expanding beyond the boundaries of your physical body.

Feel yourself growing larger and more expansive,

Right up to the corners of the room and out.

It's as if your energy is moving into the universe at large,

Growing and growing and growing.

By imagining this energetic expansion,

You're coming even closer to the literal separation of your astral body from your physical body.

Keep on imagining this now,

Putting all your focus and attention towards the vision.

You're right on the brink now,

Ready to leave the body.

What do you feel?

People feel all sorts of things at this point.

A certain lightness,

Perhaps?

Vibrations,

Maybe?

Whatever you feel,

Lean into that now and let go.

You're about to leave your body and go on an adventure into the astral realm.

Magic awaits.

And so it is.

You're now floating away from your physical body,

Gliding effortlessly through the air,

Exploring the astral realm.

This is it.

Engage your senses,

Observe the surroundings,

Interact with the environment and maintain a sense of confidence throughout the process.

You are safe here.

You are loved here.

All is well.

And so,

Dear traveller,

Your senses are now awakened and you're free to explore this wonderful realm.

What you decide to do is up to you,

Of course.

You can be a passive observer,

Letting the currents of the astral realm sweep you away.

Or you can take a more active approach,

Taking control and defining your terms.

Neither way is better or worse.

Go with what your instincts tell you.

For now,

Then,

I'll bid you farewell as you no longer need my guidance.

You are off and away.

To the people that didn't separate this time,

Don't be disheartened.

Just let yourself fall asleep now and come back to our channel another time and try again.

Keep on persevering and eventually you will find success.
