Highway Of Light | Healing Music At 432 Hz (with A Reading)

A Music Meditation tuned at 432 Hz. A very gentle guitar, with a final reading from "Mindfulness in Plain English" by E. Gunaratana. In some parts, I achieved a sustained, pure 432 Hz tone through the use of an e-bow applied to the electric guitar. Then I added some gentle keyboards and sounds of birds and other little creatures.
