Subtle energy centers that extend from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
Each chakra is a doorway into a different aspect of our human experience,
From feeling safe and grounded to expressing ourselves.
Opening our hearts.
Trusting our intuition.
And remembering our connection to the divine.
There's no right or wrong way to experience the chakras.

Coolness,
A tingling.
Color?
Emotion.
You may notice spaciousness or perhaps nothing at all.
Whatever your experience is,
Is perfect.
Simply bring your awareness to each energy center with curiosity and kindness.
Awareness itself is transformative.
Let's begin with Centering.
Breathe in.

Bring your awareness to your feet connecting to the floor.

Allow your shoulders to fall away from your ears.
Allow your jaw and belly to soften.
With each exhale,

There's nowhere to go and nothing to accomplish.
Simply be here.

We're going to begin.
In the root chakra.
So bring your awareness to the base of your spine.

Breathing this light into the base of the spine.

You can sense a foundation here.
And this foundation.
Is where you feel safe You feel secure in the world.
And that you belong.
And again,
Breathing in light into this area and breathing out love.
Allowing yourself to feel supported by the Earth.
Again,
Breathe in light.
Filling this beautiful foundation with light.
The light of the divine.
And breathe out love.
Let your foundation rest.
In love.
And now when you're ready.
Allow the energy to flow upwards.
The sacral area.
Which is below the abdomen.

Breathe in light into this area.

In this area of the lower abdomen.
You can feel emotional balance.
Allowing your creativity.
And your joy.
To move freely.

Now allow your awareness to flow upward to the solar plexus,
Above the navel.
And again.
Breathe in light into this area.
And breathe out love.
This solar plexus invites in confidence.
Balanced with humility.
Holding ourselves in esteem.
Loving ourselves.
Resting.
In our own authentic power.

Now let's invite.
The energy to flow upward.
To the heart.
Bringing the awareness to the center of the chest.

As easily as we give.
So feeling yourself opening to receive divine grace.

Allow your awareness to rise upward to the third eye,
Which is between the eyebrows.
You may also feel it towards the center of the forehead.

This quiet knowing.
Our intuition.
Our wisdom.

Letting yourselves rest.
In this quiet.

This quiet awareness.

Allow the awareness now to go upward to the crown.
And you may feel yourself opening here.
To infinite light.
Infinite love.
Infinite peace.
Infinite joy.

In this spaciousness.

This presence of divine love.
Divine light.
That is always.
Within us.
That is always present.

You may want to feel the whole body now vibrating with this light,

Perhaps you feel a pulsation.
This divine light,

You may feel the seven chakras illuminated and connected.
Like pearls on a single thread of light.

Becoming this light,
Becoming this love.
That is you.
And now when you're ready.
You can let your awareness come from the crown to the forehead.
The throat.
Resting in the heart.
Where heaven and earth meet.

Notice the quiet presence.
That has always been here.

You can feel your feet.
Connecting to the Earth.
You can feel your body present.
On the chair.
