So when you are ready just start to sit comfortably.
Find a place that you will not be disturbed.
Where you can really just dive deep into yourself.
Dive deep into your own internal and start to close down your eyes and start to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Starting to relax even deeper as you breathe in.
Breathing out,
Feel yourself melting in the ground,
In the floor,
In the chair underneath you.
Breathing in,
Breathing in the peace,
The tranquility,
The love and letting go of anything that's not needed in this moment.
Breathing in deep again and out.
Taking one more deep breath in,
Making a real big one allowing your chest to expand and letting it all go.
Melting into this moment and coming back to your natural breath.
Letting go of anything that happened before this now moment,
Anything that you need to do after this moment.
And start to set the intention for today's meditation.
Maybe it's healing,
Maybe it's becoming more whole in your perspective of the things that you may or may not have.
Maybe it's communication and connection.
Allow your intention to be specific for your own desires and your own needs.
If you so choose,
You may call in any guides,
Any angels.
Calling in your past self who has been where you were to remind you of your childlike innocence,
Your adolescent curiosity,
Your young adulthood filled with many potential possibilities.
A version of you that may have been more healed,
More peaceful.
You may bring in your past,
Your future self with the wisdom and the guidance to lead you from this now moment.
You may call in any idols that you identify with,
Any ancestors.
Making it unique to you and allowing their energy to be present,
Loving,
Supportive,
Breathing in the love of all of these angelic guides and beings.
And starting to feel your whole body start to shift as you start to feel more connected.
And start to imagine and become aware of a spark of light originating from right underneath you.
Start to feel this warmth of this light.
Start to see this light moving up to your toes,
To your feet.
Breathing in to the awareness of your toes and your feet.
Starting to bring awareness to the path that brought you here,
To the many steps that you have taken in your life.
Start to become aware and grateful for every single step that you have taken.
Start to melt in the divine memories.
Start to become aware of all the steps and paths that you still have ahead of you.
Start to become aware of all of the paths to lead you to wherever you desire to go.
A path to your life partner,
Which is really you.
A path to a more healed aspect of you.
A path of more communication.
A path of more money.
A path to the divine enlightenment,
Spiritual sovereignty that each and every soul intends to remember.
Start to see how many beautiful paths there are in front of you and how it only takes a step to get there.
One step in front of another leads you right to where you desire to go.
Start to see this path becoming brighter and brighter and make the conscious choice now to step down one of these paths.
And as you step down this path,
See the light from your feet rising up to your legs.
Feeling the awareness and gratitude for your legs,
For the strength to carry you.
For your legs,
Guide your feet.
Find strength,
Courage and support as you continue to walk down this path of freedom.
Starting to move this light and become more aware as you continue to walk down this path.
Becoming aware of your pelvis,
Your genitals and allowing the light to heal you,
Heal you from any traumas,
From any pain.
And allowing you to melt back into pleasure,
Of kindness,
Compassion and ecstasy.
Start to see your life becoming the life that you most prefer.
You most desire.
As you walk down that path,
Moving the light up to your stomach,
Your solar plexus,
Your gut area and start to activate your gut.
Start to activate your intuition and the language between your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
Allowing your gut to guide you in all of your gut instincts,
Of what is good and what is not so positive for the path that you are destined to walk down.
Start to activate this gut instinct now,
Allowing any toxins to release.
And trusting that little patter of a feeling that emerges that guides you to your most preferred destiny.
And start to bring that light and bringing awareness up your chest,
Up your heart,
Letting go of any physical,
Mental,
Emotional pain.
Starting to bring that light up to your heart and starting to become aware of the beautiful beat of your heart.
Noticing how your heart has been beating from the moment that you were created in physical.
Always working for you and never against you.
Start to bring awareness and gratitude to your heart for all that it has endured,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Spiritually and mentally.
Start to allow your heart to open and expand and to guide you as you continue to walk down this path towards your most preferred destiny,
Your most preferred life experience.
Allow your heart to guide you,
Allow it to open and expand to the vibration of love,
Of peace.
Bring your awareness and the light to your back.
And letting go of anything that is keeping you from your highest potential.
Letting go of the baggage,
Letting go of the feel,
Letting go of the anger,
Letting go of any resentments or guilt or shame that is keeping you from your highest destiny.
What is keeping you from walking down this path and achieving what you desire most?
Letting go of any limiting beliefs.
See yourself healing,
Becoming lighter and lighter as you let go of what doesn't serve you so that you can walk towards what does serve you.
Bring the light up your shoulders,
Down your arms and letting go of the remainder of anything that you are carrying that you don't need to.
Letting go of the weight,
The pain,
The depression,
The worry.
Knowing that you are a divine soul,
Only heal in this body for a temporary time and space.
Becoming aware and bringing the light up to your neck,
To your throat.
And starting to open up the lines of communication,
The lines of communication from your being to other beings.
Starting to become aware and grateful for all the communication.
And feeling your whole throat start to open as you decide to express your own authentic self without fear,
Without judgment,
Without guilt,
Without shame.
Allowing your vocal cords to open and expand and sing once again.
Letting go and forgiving yourself for any negative words you have set onto others or others have set onto you.
And starting to allow your throat to now spell beautiful words of love,
Of kindness.
Rejecting any negative spells that others put onto you of negative words.
Accepting only the beautiful songs.
Bringing your awareness up to your face.
Becoming aware and grateful for this beautiful face that you will today.
The beautiful face that you chose to wear in this time,
In this moment.
And as you walk down this path,
Feel that you are becoming more of who you truly desire to be.
As you walk down this path,
See a meal right in front of you.
And as you see this meal,
Look at it.
Look at your face.
Look at your beauty.
And see how your face changes with every different aspect of who you are.
The face that you see is a different face than the word sees,
Your family sees,
Your friends see.
For each individual face is a makeup of others past experiences.
So start to melt in your divine face.
Notice your beautiful lips.
Your nose.
Your ears.
Your skin.
Your eyes.
See into the portals of your eyes.
And as you look deeply into your eyes,
Allow your eyes that you are looking back at to catapult you to the reality that you most prefer.
Allow your eyes to be the portal that takes you to your healed body,
To your life partner,
To the lines of communication,
To the money that you prefer.
To the money that you prefer.
To the life that is destined for you.
Continuing to look in your eyes and experiencing all the pain,
The sorrow,
The love,
The grace,
All the beautiful emotions that you have felt that led you to this now moment.
As you reflect back at where you've been,
Where you are now,
And where you're going,
See yourself in this new reality and bringing awareness and the light to your crown of your head and seeing you for just a moment in silence,
Reflecting and visualizing your now new moment of what you most prefer.
Know that once you see it,
You feel it,
You experience that it is done,
It is done,
It is done.
For everything is nothing more than a vibration and a frequency.
This reality exists.
Now that you know it,
It's time to become it.
With this now new knowing,
Bring this new now moment into this moment,
Feeling closer than ever before,
More grateful,
Happy,
Healthy,
Loved,
Wanted,
Worthy,
Desired.
And breathe into that affirmation.
And breathe it out into this now moment.
Breathing in again,
Breathing in the love,
The worthiness,
The desire,
The wantonness,
The health,
The tranquility,
The communication.
And breathe it all out into this moment,
Creating it to be true.
Breathing in one last time,
Bringing this vision,
This feeling,
This new life into this now moment.
Bring it out,
Coming back to your natural breath,
Starting to wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Stretching up big,
Coming back into this moment of each and every one of us,
Opening up your eyes,
Smiling back at me.
