Beautiful soul,

Sending you lots of warm energy,

Make sure you are in a nice and comfy quiet space and I will guide you today through a very easy but very powerful Oppon Oppon meditation.

This meditation is amazing to help you in your forgiveness process whether you are trying to forgive yourself or you want to forgive someone or you are asking for forgiveness from your loved one or a friend.

This meditation is also very healing when it comes to relationships.

So if you are in a process of healing and strengthening your relationships with your parents or your partner or your close friend,

This meditation will guide you to pure love and freedom.

First you will just start by relaxing the body,

Connecting to the heart space and opening fully,

Emptying the mind and opening the heart more and more for pure peace and relaxation.

Feel next to your breath,

Let the breath guide you to pure stillness in your body and mind.

Feel the flow of this breath.

Feel the energy of calmness that it's bringing you.

Open to divine healing,

Release your mind,

With every breath out release all the stuck tension,

All the stuck emotions,

Beliefs and judgments.

Stay empty,

Stay fully open.

You don't need to cling to any negative emotions.

You don't need to stay in fear or in any weird energy that is not supporting you in the best possible way.

Keep relaxing your body with the help of your breath and pure awareness.

Notice how your energy is changing just after a few nice deep and conscious breaths.

And now with your heart open you can repeat out loud or silently in your mind,

Connecting to the power of these words and sending the healing energy towards yourself or your loved ones.

Your thinking bad thoughts about yourself,

Judging yourself.

Forgive yourself for all the times you didn't choose your highest good.

Thank you.

Thank yourself for being so strong,

For keeping going each day and not giving up.

Thank your body for holding you.

Thank your heart for beating.

Thank your inner presence for supporting you and nourishing you from within.

Love yourself each day.

Love the divine that you are.
