Anger can be a really useful emotion because it can provide as much clarity and power.

We just have to be careful not to get too drawn into that energy because if we do then we can begin to communicate in ways that are overly aggressive or condescending or judgmental.

So instead we want to do our best to just mindfully observe that energy and stay connected to the power and the clarity and communicate from that place of greater peace and presence.
