Welcome to this guided meditation focused on connecting with the universe's balance.
Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of any tension in your body.
Allow yourself to fully relax and be present in this moment.
Start by bringing your attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.
Feel the air entering your lungs nourishing your body and then leaving taking away any stress or negativity.
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light represents the universe's balance,
A source of harmony and peace.
As you breathe in visualize this golden light filling your body.
And as you breathe out feel it spreading around you creating a protective and calming aura.
Begin to focus on the areas of your life that feel out of balance.
It might be stress at work,
Challenges in relationships or personal struggles.
As you identify these areas imagine placing them gently into the golden light.
See how the light embraces and soothes them bringing a sense of balance and calm.
With each breath feel the connection between you and the universe growing stronger.
Trust that the universe is guiding you towards balance and that every challenge you face is an opportunity for growth and learning.
Take a moment to reflect on the natural balance of the world around you.
Think about the cycles of nature,
The ebb and flow of the tides,
The changing seasons.
Recognize that just as nature maintains balance,
So too does the universe work to maintain balance in your life.
Now bring your attention back to yourself.
Visualize the golden light filling your entire being bringing a sense of peace and equilibrium.
Feel the balance within you knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
And that the universe is supporting you every step of the way.
As we come to the end of this meditation take a few moments to simply be in this state of balance and peace.
When you're ready start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch your body gently.
And take a deep breath in and out.
When you feel ready open your eyes.
Carry this sense of balance and connection with you throughout your day trusting in the universe's perfect order.
